Beautiful house a short distance from the beach, cafes, bars, restaurants and Mt Maunganui where the view is ace. The house has everything you need for a very comfortable stay (we did 9 nights). Stand out restaurant nearby was Solero. Saltwater bar for relaxing & happy 2 hour cocktails, beer and Taittinger 😊 Brew Co for a great selection of beers. Sea People for ice cream. Friendly hosts too. Recommended.

The house was lovely and spacious and very homely. And we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We loved that the water was uv treated rainwater so no chemicals! It was a nice central spot to go to places like hobbtion, blue springs, tauranga and rotorua. The kids loved it there and I think we'd all be be keen to visit again sometime. It just made our holiday! Thank you so much!

Had a great stay, clean, heaps of space, comfortable beds, great shower, nice outdoor setting. Accidentally left a necklace over the stay and Jessica was kind enough to courier it back also free of charge!

We really enjoyed our time at the property. We loved the space around the house. We spent most of our time in the kitchen or on the front deck. Nice indoor outdoor flow. Beautiful views of nature. We were mostly at festival so enjoyed coming back to the property to relax, recharge. The bathrooms had everything you need, good shower pressure too. I would highly recommend this property as it was very spacous for a group of 6. Saskia was really good to liase with, easy comms. Thanks team for a enjoyable weekend at your airbnb.

Wonderful spot with an amazing view. Lots for the kids to do, Flint was a hit, as was the fire pit, pool, spa and creek. Checked our eel trap as we left and caught (and released) an eel, memorable end to a lovely family mini break. Thank you Yana.

Nicola went above and beyond for me and my friends for my 40th birthday. The house has so much character and so much to do. The tennis court and swimming pool were an added bonus on top of everything else. The house had everything we needed. Great place for everyone to enjoy.

The place was absolutely stunning - the views were beautiful and we enjoyed our stay even during a rainy weekend. The house was very comfortable with a lot of amenities including lot of toys and books for kids and adults. Very convenient to travel from Auckland.

We had a wonderful stay, Cath and Meg were both really friendly and kind. Our 6 year old loved all the children’s books, indoor and outdoor games. It is super family friendly, relaxing and a perfect for star gazing.

Lovely, caring hosts, who very kindly left us some breakfast, homemade lemonade and cookies! Great location for a family with kids, with a small, beautiful, self-contained garden a 2min walk to a park with a playground. Supermarket cafe and pub a 10-min walk away.

Fantastic property in a great location. Great areas with 2 outdoor spaces and really great en-suite with master bedroom being away from the other 2 bedrooms. Really well setup kitchen and amenities. Would definitely recommend this property and we would stay again. Host responded very quickly and check in made easy.

Our stay in Waihi Beach was exceptional. We loved the area and our host. The apartment was just as beautiful as shown. You could hear the ocean from the apartment. Thank you Campbell and Julie for wonderful hospitality.

A very beautiful and peaceful stay for my wife and I, it’s very nice to live in a farm seeing the chickens lay eggs every day, the goats and rabbits were very friendly. It’s our 2nd time stay this time for a week. Nina and Peter are very kind hosts and they gave us eggs too, we appreciate that v much! The farm eggs are really nice and different from the ones at the supermarket. Highly recommend! We look forward to coming back for a longer stay the next time again!

Tastefully-decorated, self-contained unit (19 steps up) in a large home right on the water. Great view. Short walk to restaurants and groceries. Very nice and helpful hosts. The best part for us was they have a tandem kayak and direct access to the estuary. We had wonderful 3-hour kayak rides passing mangroves up the meandering river at the end of the bay.

Upon our arrival, Loretta & Brian kindly provided us with the classic kiwi dip - a tin of reduced cream & Maggi onion soup, a packet of Bluebird potato chips, jet planes and easter eggs for our whānau which went down a treat! The location of this unit is fantastic, just a short stroll to the beach, cafes and restaurants. The unit has everything you need and is well furnished with adequate amenities for your stay. We had a great stay - thank you so much!

We were very happy to spend the last 4 nights of our NZ trip at Toka Ridge 4. The property was pristine with beautiful views of the lake. It was a quiet area that felt a little remote, but the shops, restaurants and bustle of Roturua were just 15-20 mins away. Two easy Alltrails walks were within walking distance of the property. The Hamurana Lakefront Reserve Walkway (offering great views of the lake) began just down the road and, near its end, the Hamurana Springs Loop Walkway (a lovely/surprising mix of redwoods and cold springs with lots of ducks) began across the street. A few mosquitos did find us while visiting the jacuzzi just after dusk, but did not bother us during the day. The consensus of our group was that Toka 4 was the nicest Airbnb of our 5+ week NZ stay. Thank you, Liam/Team!

Gaewyn’s place was kept beautifully inside and out! They are both lovely people to stay around and chat withand had the additional bonus of Miles (dog) who was always there to greet us when we returned home. Would definitely recommend and stay again if I can back to New Zealand ☺️

Great to deal with the host, just everything was perfect. Flexible check in and check out process with great communication. The place was spotless and beds are very comfortable. One of the best air bnb places that we ever tried. We will definitely come back again.

Really beautiful place to stay, quite close to Hobbiton and Matamata. Nice distance from other houses if you're looking for a more private location. Caren is lovely and really responsive.

Great one night stay. Felt like a home away from home. Wonderful bed, no road noise so awesome sleep. Nadine is super lovely and her very friendly pets added to the charm. Thanks for the cups of tea, warmed croissants and plenty of chats.

This place is absolutely INCREDIBLE! I can't recommend it enough. We booked it for a night for a hens party and the look on guests faces when they arrived was priceless. Such a hidden gem in Katikati, and well worth the drive there if you are considering staying. The house was spectacular and so accommodating to a large group of people, with a lovely courtyard for outdoor activities. The little cottages were also a lovely surprise for guests and so well maintained. Laura's communication was also excellent. I would love to visit again one day. . . and stay for a week!

Carol-Ann was a wonderful host to me and my partner. The property is beautiful, lovely gardens and super cool house. We felt very welcome there and made great friends with her cat. There is also a nice view of the hills from the house, Maungatautari etc. Very close to cambridge, and all its cafes, and Carol-Ann prepared us breakfast every morning with her home made bread. Thank you Carol-Ann for a wonderful stay!
