It is situated on a 20-acre rural property, with a 20-minute drive to downtown Tauranga and a 10-minute drive to Bethlehem and Tauriko Crossing, offering dining and shopping options. As we are remediating our land after flood damage we don't have our usual livestock however we are happy for guests to walk and enjoy the property.
