Walk to Newport Beach from a Warm Studio

Newport Beach on Sydney's Northern Beaches is fast becoming an exclusive holiday destination for Australian and International holiday-makers alike. Not only is it famous for its many popular surfing breaks including Newport Peak and reef, it is also ideal for swimming, being patrolled by lifeguards over the summer months from October through to April. The iconic Newport Hotel is a short 10 minute walk from the home and other quality eateries are even closer, located in Newport Village. The Village also offers a wide variety of shopping from large supermarkets to boutique stores. Palm Beach, or Summer Bay as it's known on "Home and Away", is 15 minutes further north by car. If night life or a faster pace is more your style then Manly is less than half an hour by car, travelling South. From here the Manly ferry can take you across Sydney Harbour to the CBD for a day of sightseeing. The beach is less than 5 minutes down one end of the road and should you chose to explore the other end of the road, you'll find the historic Bungan Castle, built in 1919. Majestically perched on the headland overlooking Bungan Beach, every stone of this castle was brought over by its German owner and it is now heritage listed. A magical summer awaits at Myola Beach Studio, we look forward to welcoming you. Guests will have private access to the studio on level ground, friendly for disabled or the elderly. Owners are onsite in the main residence if needed. The apartment is steps away from the shores of Newport Beach and a short drive from Bungan Beach. It’s positioned in what’s known as the Golden Triangle, where one can find an array of shopping and dining options.

Keoride service, picks up from property and drops you to Avalon, Newport, Mona Vale, Warriewood, same on return. By car everything is 5 - 10 minutes away.

Palms Reach

Palms Reach, a lovely, characterful, weatherboard home, set amongst gum trees and palms, is in a very quiet street just a two minute drive (or 10 minute walk) to Avalon Beach, Careel Bay, Avalon shops, Cafes and Restaurants. Birdlife abounds...wake up to the sounds of kookaburras, magpies and lorrikeets. We have a 8 year old Labradoodle named George. He loves everybody and everything...he will, however, be kept completely separate from your space, unless of course you would like to meet him.

Blue Salt Cottage - Palm Beach

Blue Salt Cottage is a newly renovated 1940s two bedroom sandstone cottage with spectacular views of Pittwater and within walking distance of Whale Beach and a short drive to Palm Beach. This charming farmhouse/coastal cottage is family-friendly & the perfect place for a couples getaway . Our entertaining deck & BBQ area has sweeping views of Pittwater. Inside, guests can enjoy a separate lounge room with a wood fire & TV with foxtel. Fully-furnished kitchen eat in kitchen & supplied BBQ.

The lower level of our house is a sunny, spacious and airy self contained retreat with 2 queen bedrooms, family room, bathroom and kitchenette alcove with a private , sandstone patio and BBQ area with table and chairs . Both bedrooms have builtin wardrobes, comfortable beds and bedside tables with reading lamps. The bathroom includes a large frameless glass shower and heated towel rack .The small kitchenette alcove is equipped with a fridge, utensils , crockery and appliances .

An ideal location with Newport village restaurants, beach, public transport, supermarket and service station only a stones throw away. The Nook is the perfect place to unwind in our stylish, and open plan living space filled with natural light. The walls are decorated with artworks by a local artist. There is free parking onsite. It is the perfect spot for a romantic weekender to escape the city or for a longer stay to explore and enjoy the area and take in the sea breeze.

Or just relax on the steps of your private cottage watching the sunset over Pittwater.
