Our family has lived here since 1890, and we have a wonderful guest cottage sitting on the high bank with 180-degree views of Saratoga Passage, Mount Baker, and the North Cascades. With 900 square feet of open living area, a fireplace, full kitchen, washer/dryer, king size bed, high speed internet, 2 TV's, beautiful furnishings and easy access to the beach it's the perfect get-away!

The view from the queen sized bed is magical, and the partially covered deck shares the same view. The unit is complete with toaster oven, microwave, 2 burner induction stove, small refrigerator and bathroom with shower. This unit shares the property with another Tiny Home where the owner lives full time.

A modern outdoor hot tub is available dedicated to the Beach Studio guests. The Beach Studio now has a brand new full kitchen. The walls are all covered by beautiful paintings. There is plenty to do on Whidbey Island, at the many parks, kayak in the cove, or stroll around historic Coupeville. This is the ideal location for people that love the water.

Set between Whidbey Island and Washington's mainland, beautiful Camano Island can be reached by car. With over 56 miles of beaches, boating, salmon fishing, clamming and crabbing are bountiful. The unique appeal of Camano Island is that it offers visitors a real-life island experience, including a strong arts scene. Recreational activities such as biking are popular here. The island is also home to Camano Island State Park, which boasts 173 acres prime for camping, hiking and bird watching.

This fully equipped very tiny house on wheels sits on a high bank waterfront lot overlooking Holmes Harbor. The white ship lap and exposed wood ceilings gives this tiny a beach house feel. Sit out on your tiny deck with a view or relax inside and enjoy sunset views thru the trees. We have seals in the 5 mile long harbor, and a very occasional visit from a whale. Eagles nest on the property. There is a public beach and boat launch just 2 miles down the road at Freeland Park.

Moonrise Cottage

This peaceful, coastal cottage was built in 2019 and sits on 5 acres of lush green grass, gardens and overlooks Deer Lagoon and Useless Bay. The bright, modern farmhouse is magazine worthy, immaculate and features all brand new and top of the line furniture, appliances, linens, towels and is completely outfitted for the gourmet cook. For babies, the cottage provides a pak n play, booster seat and toys. For adults there is bocce ball and croquet upon request.

Cornet Bay Boat House (Deception Pass State Park)

This newly renovated studio layout boathouse is a perfect getaway for couples who want to wake up to the sounds of nature in the morning. Living room has an electric fireplace, a queen sized bed, recliners, smart tv w/ cable. Kitchen has a full size fridge, range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, tea kettle, and bar seating. Bathroom has a toilet, sink, and stall shower. Access to a private dock. Kayaks&Paddle boards available.

Saratoga Garden Cottage

A bright and spacious one bedroom cottage apartment in the country. Enjoy views of the Saratoga Passage; lush vegetation; and a glimpse of the Cascades, on clear days. Wake with the sunrise, or draw the curtains if you prefer to sleep in, on your plush king bed. Outside there are several nooks where you can take in the sounds and antics of wildlife, including eagles, frogs, bunnies, owls, quail, deer, and song birds.
