The 80 sq/m apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a balcony, a bathroom and one toilet. Central heating system is available in all rooms and both bedrooms are air conditioned. One bedroom is equipped with a double king-size bed and a walk-in closet with a safe box in it, while the other one is equipped with two single beds (120 cm wide), a desk and a closet. The villa is located in Bosljiva Loka near the Kolpa river with private beach. The surroundings are filled with numerous paths that invite exploration on foot or by bike. Peter Klepec's land leads you to stunning rapids and gorge of the Kolpa River. Jacuzzi is available for an additional fee of 20.00€, arranged directly with us. Pets are welcome for an extra charge of 5.00€ per night, payable upon arrival. We have equipped Villa Rozi to a 4* standard to provide you with the comfort of your home.

V wellnessu imamo finsko in infrardečo savno ter jacuzzi s TV. Kopalnica je ločena z vrati. Zunaj apartmaja je terasa in brezplačno parkirišče.

All furniture and details are unique and a lot of the pieces have been handmade by my husband. The house is located off a quiet road in Kraljevo Selo, a small village far from the city bustle and traffic.
