This boutique tiny home is situated in the picturesque Upper Valley of Vermont. The nearly 50 acres of private land is equal parts woods and water. You will wake to the mooing of dairy cows. This cabin is wonderfully located just off of Westside Rd. a mere skip away from Echo Lake, Cathedral Ledge, Diana's Baths etc...It is a 5 - 8 minute drive to North Conway Village and Cranmore Ski Resort; and a 5 - 8 minute drive from Settler's Green Outlets, grocery stores etc...with numerous other popular destinations nearby.

Mountain View Studio

This over-garage studio has a private entrance, a queen-sized bed, a futon, gas fireplace, kitchenette & bathroom. There is a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffeemaker & toaster but no oven/stovetop. There is a small gas grill available May-Oct. We have beautiful mountain views & are located 10 minutes from downtown. NOTE: Our driveway is long and steep. 4WD/AWD vehicles are often needed to safely get up our driveway in the winter. Also, you will hear the garage door when it opens & closes.

This small cabin has been re-built with new pine paneled walls and ceiling, bunk beds, carpeting, electricity, a new Eco-outhouse!, solar shower and It is located at the edge of a field about 100 yards from our home. It is a perfect base camp for hikers 12 miles south of Franconia notch trail heads and Appalachian Trail crossing. The cabin is most often used by hikers who want a base camp near many of the most popular hiking trails near Franconia Notch. It is a peaceful and quiet place.

This log cabin tiny home is located right in Campton Village. It is clean, and very bright and cheery thanks to the floor-to-ceiling window that overlooks the Mad River. Includes a SMALL kitchenette (not recommended for those serious about cooking nightly feasts) and a locked outdoor storage space for skis and outdoor equipment. Small 2-person hot tub. WiFi. Level 2 EV charger on site (extra fees apply). 5 min walk from a craft brewhouse, grocery store, a vintage arcade and candy store.
