The country chateau is a warm welcoming house that was built in 1925 and still has many of the traditional features. Hardwood floors, oven, large bath tub and large rooms. Inside you will find calm colors and a cozy feeling to relax and rest during your stay. The vintage kitchen is fully equipped.

It’s a Peach of a Cottage is located near two historical neighborhoods, Floral Heights and Morning Side. You will find our mobile home community safe and quiet. It is near Sheppard Air Force Base, plenty of Restaurants, Shopping, Medical District, SMU, Downtown, Events Centers, walking and bike trails.

Our home has a king size bed in the main bedroom, two bunk beds in the larger spare room, another bunk bed in the smaller guest room, and a futon in the den. There is a grill, gazebo, play set, and bar in the backyard for grilling and fun. It is within walking distance of MSU, minutes away from the movie theater and restaurants, 10 minutes from downtown, and 15 minutes from base.

Come stay in a beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 1 bath modern farmhouse cottage in the pumpjack capital of Texas! Conveniently located across the street from Electra City Park! Perfect for stargazing! Electra, TX is a quaint small oilfield town with tons of character and wonderful history! Everywhere in town you would need or want to explore is about 1 mile away. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE. Located downtown for a front row seat of all the festivities going on as well as shopping and dining. Lots of room inside for hanging out inside the house or out in the bay area playing games or watching activities through the windows or from the bench outside. You can also drive your vehicle inside the building for more convenience. Recently added a daybed with a trundle bed to sunroom.
