Hobbit house located on the North Norfolk coast.

Get ready for your Hobbit experience at Bag End in the Shire. Bag End is located within one mile of the coastal path and central for the beaches of Wells, Holkham and Blakeney point. Our Hobbit house has one full size bedroom and a smaller bedroom for a little hobbit. Up to 2 extra guests can stay in the cosy seperate bedroom hut at £25pp per night. There is a seperate bathroom and washing up area with hot and cold water. The hot tub can be used for an additional charge of £65 per whole stay.

Small kitchen with hob, combination microwave, toaster, kettle, nespresso coffee machine and fridge. Two comfortable armchairs and flat screen tv. Sunny outside terrace with table and chairs. Limetrees is a unique, three storey, Grade II listed, Georgian townhouse, very different to the traditional Norfolk flint cottage. Our annex sleeps up to 5 in 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and a single bed. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed. There is a bathroom upstairs and a shower room downstairs. There is a kitchen but no lounge. There is a tv and a sofa in each bedroom. There is cot on the landing. There is a outside eating area with table and chairs. There is a BBQ and stunning views. There is a large garden which we share with you.

Beautiful cottage near the North Norfolk coast, freshly renovated for summer 2021. Hindringham is ideal for Norfolk's big sandy beaches, coastal walks, birdwatching, watersports at Brancaster, days out at Holkham Hall, Bewilderwood, Blicking or Felbrigg Hall, or mooching in Holt. Norwich City is 30 mins away. There are lots of great pubs in Norfolk. I always leave here feeling relaxed and refreshed.
