You have the ground floor all to yourself in a 2 storey house. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. Only 15 minutes drive to the beautiful hinterland town of Maleny and 15 minutes to the popular Australia Zoo or 30 minutes to the beaches at Caloundra. ONLY Children which are under parental supervision are welcome. NO failed gentle parenting products. No aggressive and destructive kids. Your dog (no XL dogs like Sait Bernard’s etc.)is welcome. Villa Calabria is self contained accommodation sitting alongside our home on our 1/2 acre property. Nestled in the peaceful surrounds of pineapple farms & the Glass House Mountains. Security camera are in place 1) the carport (guest parking) 2) private residence front stairs 3) private residence rear deck 4) back yard. Use of pool subject to availability. NO cameras in the guest accommodation. Booker must be a staying guest.

Self-contained with its own private entrance, it is located in a very quiet street one block away from the surf, cafes, restaurants and shops. Guests can park right outside the door. There is a kitchenette and living area with bathroom downstairs. Bedroom, TV and reading upstairs. From the upstairs room you step onto a balcony from where you have good views of the pool and the surrounding neighbourhood.
