Ski in and ski out nice place for a family of 3. Close to slopes and restaurants.

Great spot to enjoy a mountain vacation. Super close to downtown Breck and tubing hill, and easy enough to take the free bus to the slopes. Maria was a great host.

We loved this beautiful, cozy condo! The ski in/out access was very easy (although it’s worth noting that if you have a beginner skier in your group you won’t be able to access ski-in because it requires intermediate skill, but beginners will be able to ski out at least!) and SO convenient. We loved being able to go back to the condo to take a ski break in our own cozy surroundings. The place is small but still feels spacious, with a really big bathroom and plenty of closet space. I loved having the tiny kitchen so we didn’t have to eat out for every single meal. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

It was the best experience and very peaceful place. The apartment was clean and tidy and the views from the apartment were amazing. Definitely would love to stay again.

Blake’s space was perfect for my girlfriends and I for our quick one night stay after a day on the slopes. The location was perfect and the space was comfy. We also really enjoyed the hot tub.

Great small place to stay for Winter ski vacation. Very clean and recently renovated apartment which is perfect size for a couple. Also 3 people stay no problem. Ski shuttle was conveniently nearby. We used our own car only to get groceries. Theodora was excellent with all communication. We liked. Thank you!

Emma is an exceptional host! Responsive with clear instructions and information. The property is as described in a great area that is walking distance to Vail Village if you choose. Also, the bus stop is very close as well. Updated furnishings and clean property!

We had a wonderful stay in Leadville at this well-appointed property. It was so convenient to Ski Cooper and restaurants within the immediate area. The apartment had all the amenities we needed, including toiletries, hair dryer, wifi, beautiful appliances in the kitchen and brand new washer and dryer. We were so comfortable. The communication was the best we’ve ever experienced with a property rental. They were prompt, informative and friendly. It was an A+ experience!

What a stunning home! We had a group of 7 adults plus our 2-year-old grandson, and this place was ideal for our family gathering . It’s just a 10-minute drive to Vail Village, making it super convenient, and the backyard hot tub with the soothing sound of the river was pure bliss. We’re already looking forward to returning to this perfect retreat!

Loved this house and highly recommend! Stayed for a ski trip with our family of five (3 teenage sons). Great location in newly developed Railyard just a couple of blocks from Highway 24. Minutes from downtown and within eyesight of Safeway. Less than 15-minute drive to Ski Cooper. The layout of the house is great for a family. Entry level has a living room with TV and seating for all 5 of us, kitchen, dining room, bathroom and bedroom with bunk bed. Upper level had a bathroom and bedroom with desk workstation. Lower level had a bathroom, bedroom and second living room with couches, TV and desk with workstation. The kitchen was one of the best I’ve ever had in a rental. I’m a cook and the gas stove was great. Pots and pans were great and there was plenty of dishes/cutlery. We had a minor issue when we checked in and the owner Tim responded immediately and not only fixed the problem but treated us to dinner, way above and beyond. The house was great, and Tim was great. I can’t say enough good things about Ryan and his home! This was the ideal stay for three couples in town for a short skiing weekend. The house was very clean, cozy, and had all the amenities we needed including plenty of dishes and towels. The community has a nice trail you can use to walk to nearby restaurants. We are all looking forward to staying here for our next ski trip!

I was looking for a peaceful getaway and Alex’s place exceeded my expectations. This location is perfect and you get best of both worlds - minutes away from Breckenridge but also get to have a peaceful, quiet respite that feels tucked away yet is still so close to everything. This location is ideal - private and tranquil without being secluded or too remote, and so close to all shops and restaurants. The space is open, roomy, lots of natural light and the views are beautiful. My favorite part about this stay was using the jacuzzi at night. The hot tub was all ready for us upon our arrival and was easy to use. Beautiful stargazing surrounded by pine trees and was so relaxing. The home was very easy to find, very clean and well-stocked with towels and everything else you might need. Alex was a fantastic host - I booked this stay last minute and he was able to respond very quickly and answer my questions, and was super accommodating. Grateful for this experience!

We loved staying at Tyler’s place for the weekend. The place is very quiet, my daughter was able to sleep very well despite being a place away from home and her difficulty to sleep overall. The apartment was also very clean and just like it looks like in the pictures. We would love to come back in the near future. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you Tyler!

Tucker was so friendly and prompt to respond to all my questions. The house is beautiful and had the best view of main street and the mountains. We really appreciated everything and would 100% recommend tuckers place!

This townhouse with an attached garage and supplied garage door opener was perfect to get out of the storm after a day on the surrounding mountains. The garage has 4 open lockers and board holders that I found very convenient to hang all of my stuff up. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay for a family trip! Tons of space and good bedroom setup for family with kids. The room with one king bed and bunk beds and one full bathroom is on the same floor as the garage. You'll go up one flight of stairs to the main living/kitchen/dining floor. One more flight of stairs up to laundry and remaining three bedrooms. Garage was also large/tall enough to fit the minivan with the topper on. Fits two full size cars with no issues. Enjoyed a short drive to skiing, watching sports on the massive living room TV, cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, and walking the nearby river trail to shops/restaurants.

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend and had a great time. The condo is very comfortable and cozy and had everything we needed. The hall closet is very big so was great for storing our gear. The updated kitchen is super nice and has plenty options to cook meals. Our dog loved sitting on the back deck in the snow. Driving into town is beautiful and quick. Sarah might be the best host we have ever had. She’s very quick to respond and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is great. We would definitely stay again!

The location of this unit was perfect for walking into town, and just a short walk to the snowflake lift. You can ski-in across the street from the building from 4 o’clock run. The unit itself was well appointed. It’s a little run down, as are many places in ski towns, but the price matched the quality of the unit. I’d recommend this unit.

Thanks so mucho to Ben and Michelle. They were so attentive to my needs and questions about the place. Their place was so cozy and warm with a lot of board games which we did not use because we were exhausted from skiing lol. The BEST LOCATION. I’m so grateful I got to rent this place and will be renting it next year for sure! Thanks!

Amanda was a great host. The condo was perfect for our large family. Plenty of space for us to gather. We walked right to the gondola to get us on the hill. And it was great that we could snowboard off the hill and then only walk a short distance back to condo.

Great find of a place centrally located to multiple ski resorts. This is our go to place for skiing in Colorado and looking forward to coming back next year!

A clean, comfortable condo with pristine views. It’s conveniently located and easy to find. There is a little noise from the road below, but it’s not overwhelming.

This condo is perfect for 4! Could easily do 6 too. The place had such a personal feel which made it so comfortable and cozy. It is up to date, very clean and organized. Centrally located. Beautiful views. Great covered porch. We enjoyed the record player in the morning having coffee! Will definitely stay here again. Next time hope to have more time to just enjoy the space.
