NOTE: The farmhouse only has ONE BATHROOM and it is located INSIDE BEDROOM #1 (bathroom is not accessible via any other rooms besides bedroom #1).

There is a shared parking area with the permanent resident of the other side of the duplex, but otherwise this listing is completely private- no shared interiors.
