Staying at Fran and Fi's was a great idea! It was a beautiful home with a large and lovely back yard. It is close to town and there is tons to do in Franklin. It was a lovely place to stay and we can't wait to go back again! Fran was very helpful, responsive and even left cookies for my Birthday! What a thoughtful host! Cannot recommend enough.

Had a wonderful peaceful weekend. It was a bit rainy so the gas fireplace was very much welcomed. Nice location to Arrington Vineyards and great little restaurants in Eagleville. It was everything thing we needed. Had an issue with our car on Saturday and Gail was very helpful getting us information! Sanford House will be our go to when we are in the area!

We had a fantastic experience working with Jackson and Suzie - they are truly above and beyond! Case in point: one day during our visit, we locked ourselves out of the house. I messaged Suzie, and she was there in a matter of minutes to unlock the door for us. Another day, after some severe storms overnight, Suzie messaged the next morning just to check on us. Their communication was top-notch...they always responded very quickly to any messages and were so helpful with answering questions. Their home was spotlessly clean and was extremely well-stocked with linens, kitchen supplies, paper products, etc. to make for a smooth stay. They provided a garage door opener for us to use - it was SO nice being able to park in the garage. The neighborhood was quiet and was very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, downtown Franklin, and the interstate. I highly recommend this home and the wonderful hosts who made it such a comfortable and cozy place for our family to stay!!

Liz is a wonderful host and incredibly thoughtful. She went the extra mile ensuring we had everything to make s’mores out at the fire pit. The house is tastefully updated and our family was very comfortable. We would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Cozy, clean, comfortable. Kitchen well stocked, hot shower was great, bed was comfortable. Felt very private and secure. Had great outdoor lighting so I could see to enter door access code easily. I knew I could get in touch with Elaine easily but did not need anything. Check in and check out was very easy!

Derek and Tara's apartment was perfect for our visit to Spring Hill to see a friend. It was close to groceries and more restaurants than you can shake a stick at. Yet removed from most of the hustle and bustle. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen and bath were stocked with everything thing you need to have a comfortable stay. It is close to a busy road so there is some noise. We enjoyed out stay and recommend it.

Located in a beautiful, private, quiet wooded setting. Spacious and a great outdoor deck. Unique location in the you have the enjoyment of pleasant drives in a scenic area as well as only a few minutes to Franklin and all the area has to offer. Would stay here again!

This was my first time staying in someone place and it was a great first experience. The room is as described, very peaceful, and comfortable bed. Definitely will stay again.

Excellent getaway or calm spot just outside of Nashville. Very spacious, very clean, and very friendly host. There was plenty of room for me, my wife and my two kids. Also you cannot beat having a usable washer and dryer has well.
