This is a perfect middle ground between downtown Savannah and Tybee Island! Not far from restaurants and shopping. We would have liked more cooking utensils and frying pan options, but made it work with what was available! Neighbors were friendly and play golf with their dog! Owner was very friendly, on top of any needs or requests!

Stayed here for a bachelorette weekend and it was lovely! Vera was very accommodating and kind, and the place was great! Only about 20 minutes to downtown.

We have been coming to HH for years and this is our new favorite place. Marina has thought of literally everything for her house. She has more towels, pillows, linens, and kitchen supplies than any other place we've stayed. And don't worry about packing up anything for the beach, she has all the beach gear and awesome wagon for easy transport as well. The house was spotless and our dogs loved the fenced in backyard area. I appreciated that the coffee maker was both a dual carafe and single K-cup style machine. It's an easy walk to the beach and there is plenty of entertainment to be had in the house as well. Again, I cannot stress enough how well stocked the place is. We are used to always having to bring extra towels and cooking supplies with us, but it's not the case for this lovely home. We plan on returning here for many years to come, thank you Marina again for sharing your perfect home with us!!

Hosts were very friendly and provided simple instructions for check-in and check-out. Nice, quiet neighborhood close to gas stations and restaurants. Jalapeños was a quick dinner choice as it was only 3 min away & it did not disappoint. We only stayed one night but would definitely love to stay again in the future.

Raquel's place was amazing! Believe the other 5 star reviews. We booked this place last minute coming to Savannah from Pennsylvania. We were completely amazed at how much this place looked like the pictures and how much care went into this place for rentals. Our kids were beyond comfortable! All the extra things provided within the house you can tell that Raquel has definitely thought everything out. The area was quite. The playground was ok. Whats really good is there is a market and many other things across the street so this is the perfect location if your looking for privacy and easy access to food. I recommend this host 10 times over! I would rent again any day! This rental is definitely in the top 5 in the area!

We had a fantastic stay with our family and friends. It’s a really well appointed house, super clean, spacious bedrooms and a great garage that makes coming in from the beach easy. And the kids loved the warm pool. The local beach was beautiful and we had a great time biking all the paths.

We went to Savannah to, all 8 of us. Four kids and Four adults. We booked Christian's house because of all the great reviews, reliable photos, and it's only a 10min drive to Downtown Savannah! Check in/ Check out was easy. We had a wide age range of kids and they were all safe in the house and had a blast with the kids toys and arcade game. The pack-n-play was great for our little one. The full/twin bunk bed worked great for my three boys. The beds for adults were comfortable. There are many options for lounging and the dining table for 8 was perfect for us. The neighborhood is older and quiet, it felt safe to stay in. We really like staying in downtown Savannah, but with our large group and two cars we needed enough/free parking, comfortable sleeping quarters, and enough space for us to spread out without being on top of each other in the house. Next time we visit Savannah with a large group, we'll use Christian's house again.

We very much enjoyed our home away from home on our honeymoon. Everything we wanted was in our rental or within walking distance. Jodi was above an beyond in her commutation an even had our room ready before our check in time. So we didn't have to be without a room for a few hours. because we were arriving early. So glad we stayed at Jodi's versus another place we looks at.

What a wonderful experience staying in Anne’s apartment! Beautifully decorated and appointed, we were totally at home and had everything we needed to feel like temporary locals. It was the perfect location from which to explore Savannah, including nearby Forsyth Park, and we loved spending time reading at the end of the day in our private courtyard. The apartment was spotless, the bed super comfy with lovely linens, and the kitchen very well-appointed. We loved our stay and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended. Thanks, Anne!

The accomadation was beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. it was a lovely place to come home to after a long day of walking and exploring. Ron was gracious and generous with his time and went out of his way to helpus when we had a snafu with our next accomadations. The nieghborhood is quiet and centrally located. I would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our one night stay in Savannah. Our accommodations were perfect. We were able to park our car and walk everywhere we wanted to go. Great location. Comfortable living room to relax in at the end of the day. Comfy beds!! I highly recommend.

We stayed one night while in town for a Savannah Bananas game. Mary was very quick to respond and super friendly. The place was clean, easy to access, and convenient. I can appreciate simple check out instructions.

We loved our stay here! The neighborhood was super cute. Felt very safe, right near the park, and lots of cute houses on the street. Maybe 20-30 mins walk to the river front and an easy drive. The bedrooms were very grand feeling. As others have mentioned, they are connected so you walk through one to the other, but the space is very large so it’s not cramped. There are pocket doors separating the two. The house had a nice historic feel and was beautifully decorated. We loved sitting on the porch with coffee. The kitchen was decently stocked for cooking basic meals. The burners were not working when we arrived and we messaged Jessica - she quickly helped us and we realized they had been unplugged - easy fix. We couldn’t find oven mitts, but didn’t end up needing them. Jessica was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We had a great time and I’d definitely recommend!

Cozy in Coligny was the perfect place to stay for our weekend trip. The location couldn’t have been better, right across the road from Coligny Plaza and right on the beach with its own private entrance. Our host was very thoughtful when it came to the space and provided everything we may have needed. They were very communicative throughout the entire stay.

Our stay at Brandy’s place was exactly what we needed! We started our trip on the wrong foot by finding out that our original accommodations were not what we were expecting. We were able to resolve this and get booked with Brandy the very next day, and were so relieved when we arrived to her place! It was spotless, and really felt like a well-managed, well-maintained vacation rental. Coligny Plaza is about a 15-minute walk, and about half that by bike. The outdoor pool was undergoing renovations, but the indoor pool and hot tub were lovely! Beach chairs and wagon were included, and on our last day we found a pickleball set in the closet! Everything was as described, and our stay was wonderful. Brandy was very responsive EVEN while she was in Europe on vacation. We had an amazing experience working with her on-site property manager who took care of everything we needed. 11/10 would HIGHLY recommend booking with Brandy!

Great location and excellent for families with kids! They had outdoor movie night by the pool for the little ones.

I enjoyed my 5 day stay. It was clean and had everything I needed. The walk to beach and pool area was an easy walk not too far. I do think the mattress could use an update and be more comfortable. But overall, it was great place.

We had a wonderful stay at Kacie’s. It was a great place to be for a few days…close to the beach, safe, quiet, and clean. Kacie was extremely responsive, and we appreciated the ease of check in/out, using WiFi, and viewing her recommendations! Would stay there again!

We had a great stay! The only downfalls were the floors could’ve been cleaner, there was only 1 beach chair and the listing had 5 beds, there were only 4. I planned to take 4 teens(who don’t like sleeping together), but we had someone back out, so it worked out(maybe just update pics). This was a main selling point for me initially though. Positives include the privacy, great walkway to the beach, the restaurant on the beach was great, location was perfect, the linens/beds were clean/comfy, and the indoor activities were convenient. As an improvement, maybe explain how/where to get into the buildings because the upper levels are not connected to the middle activity area inside. I liked being able to give my teens some freedom to hang out by the indoor pool/hot tub alone without worrying about them being out & about alone. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the host was very responsive and polite, the rates were good, would recommend!

Booked this for a quick stay while we had friends from the UK staying. This was a great location for access to a beautiful beach and the pools were ideal for the kids! The space was a great size for the amount of days we stayed and for 5 people. Steve and Jenna were very proactive with their welcome messages and also very quick to respond when we had questions.
