We had a wonderful stay! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in a breeze. The neighborhood was quiet but close to everything!! I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Stasy was incredibly kind and responsive! Any questions were answered quick and easy and she has an absolutely beautiful home. The kitchen is to die for! My friends and I stayed here and grilled out in the perfect weather. We were a straight drive away from the boardwalk and the beach. We could’ve have asked for better.

LOVED this beach house!! Truly exquisite! Perfect location, tucked away in your own little world but close enough for a short walk to the beach or quick drive to local shops and eateries! Enjoyed my stay while searching for a retirement location with easy access to the area. There was a comfortable foam mattress, lots of closet space in bedroom, sound machine, blow dryer, iron, very clean, bathroom included everything from towels to shampoo, kitchen offered all the necessities for cooking meals as well as condiments and a convenient stocked coffee bar. Even though it’s located in a mixed commercial/residential area, it was very pleasant , quiet, 2nd floor , surrounded by trees and birds singing. Jennifer was very pleasant, helpful and respectful of privacy. Will definitely recommend .

Michael was so helpful and informative. The home is exactly as show and even better in person. The best home my family as stayed at thus far. 5 star rating cause I can't give them more. My family will be back often.

We loved our time here. It was the perfect place to stay and having a fully fenced yard for the dogs was so great. There were games(yard games/board games/cards) and things to do at the house so when it rained for an evening, we still had plenty to do. He also had beach things(wagon, body boards, beach chairs)available that were so helpful and made our stay even better!

This is as perfect as it gets in vacation rental. Great house for 4 or more, great location, experienced and thoughtful host. We will definitely try to reserve this home next year.

I can’t say enough about Paul and Chris. I felt like I was staying at an old friends cottage who fully supported my work mission there. And gave me space to have privacy and peace. This space is completely separate than the owners with a private entrance. The gardens are beautiful and well kept. It is on my favorites list!

Gail/Jerry are wonderful host. We stay with them a few times a year.

Our second visit. Great view of the marsh. Close to restaurants, Brookgreen Gardens, Huntington Beach State Park, Pawleys Island. Driveway is right on Business 17 but property sits back and is quiet. Photos and descriptions are accurate. Hosts willing to provide tips on restaurants, activities. The state park pass is very nice. Stairs to the main floor and then up to the unit, so take that into consideration based on your situation. Nice recliners for watching the marsh or the TV. Hope to return soon.

Ladonna place was put together very well. Since we had a toddler we had to put all her cute decorations she had up high other then that he would have been messing with them all day lol. It was clean just needs a lil dusting then it would be perfect. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Ladonna was the best host ever. She definitely is fast with responding. She even reached out during our stay asking if we needed anything. The place is also in the perfect location. Close to the beach and stores.

The only problem I had at the place was the keyless entry. The key pad worked sometimes but most of the time did not. But Reeya responded quickly when I notified her of the situation and easily had a spare key available. This would not keep me from staying at her place again. Great location. No problem with parking. Great restaurant and bar on site. Good location to get to Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach.

We were very comfortable at Claire’s place! Great location and walking distance to restaurants. So convenient to go to Huntington Beach State Park and the Brook Green Gardens. Thank you, Claire for your hospitality!

We had an amazing time. The place had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was our favorite part. The resort amenities were great. My kids loved going from the outdoor pool, lazy river, and indoor pool. The tiki bar was awesome to grab a drink while the kids swam. We will definitely be back to stay again!

Because this will definitely matter to some people, it should be noted this space is the upstairs of a garage with a garage door that get used (for us, it was around 7am and 10pm both days). The space itself is very clean and neat, good water pressure (and heat) in the shower, bed was not uncomfortable. Perfect size for my son and I. I think 4 would be crowded, but certainly doable especially since the price (for us at least) was very reasonable. The house is only a few min from the north side of town and we loved being away from all the hubbub of a "downtown" and relaxing in a quiet neighborhood! Chris was super nice and responsive. Next year when the spring tournament comes around again, this place will be at the top of our list.

Took a short trip with our 1 year old, 4 year old and dog. There was so much to do and the experience was amazing. Krystl was very helpful and responded quickly. We had zero issues during our stay and it was such a great time for us all. Would definitely stay here again!

Location was absolutely incredible. Just a few steps from the beach. Proximity to restaurants and nightlife is amazing as well.

This trip was a quick overnight stay, as we are looking at houses in Longs and Loris SC. We enjoyed our stay.

Had a very nice stay. Wish it could have lasted longer. Would definitely come again!
