We have stayed a few times and would stay again. Home from home, beautiful house and Fiona is very friendly and helpful.

Easy to find and exactly as described, house was pristine and clean, and was in a very quiet area of the neighbourhood.

Wir (2 Erw. 2 Kinder) waren bereits das 2. Mal bei Jeanine zu Gast und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Der Kontakt mit Jeanine ist mehr als freundlich und die Unterkunft war wie erwartet ordentlich und sauber. Wir können diese Unterkunft wirklich sehr empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

What a great find, walking distance to Wells harbour. Peaceful and quiet place, immaculate converted boathouse, couldn't recommend it enough for a dog and family friendly stay in stunning Wells.

The house was one of the nicest we’ve stayed in. We loved what the owners had done to the property. The attention to detail was great. Both the interior and exterior spaces were very well designed and the workmanship and quality of fittings etc. were exceptional. If we lived nearer we would be asking for details of all of your contractors! 😊 Bedding and towels were of good quality. Felt rather like staying in a boutique hotel.

Wendy was a super friendly, helpful and responsive host from the moment I enquired about booking until the moment we checked out. Her place was exactly what you want from an Airbnb, a real home from home. It’s cosy and comfortable and stylish throughout and feels very spacious considering it’s a maisonette. It was well equipped and had everything we needed for a two night stay to visit friends nearby. We’d definitely stay here again if we were in the area and we’d recommend to anyone else. Very happy with our stay at Kim’s holiday home. This was ideal for us (two families sharing with children), very spacious with a lovely private secure garden for our dog. It was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Also very clean and tidy throughout with lovely decor. It is within a short distance to the harbour, 5 mins walk down a public footpath to the rear of the property which was ideal. Would stay again and would highly recommend. Thank you. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We all enjoyed our stay as very close to all our amenities .But was very modern,clean ,spacious home .Will defos stay here again and thankyou again Paul for the early check in as was good to just get organised for our birthday party that night. Many Thanks Gail and Familyxxx

Lovely stay at Shepley house. We had a great time, kids loved the pool and outdoor games. The garden and firepit were a real bonus and it was so relaxing to wake up to the birds singing. We had the most enjoyable three days and would love to come back one day.

We had a wonderful stay, the lodge was well equipped, clean and spacious. The men enjoyed the fishing from the decking. The lodge had everything we could need, in a quiet location.

Marc, the host, was extremely helpful and responsive. He ensured we had all the necessary information prior to arrival. There was an issue with the first bathroom toilet, however Marc immediately offered for someone to come and have a look at it. The place was very peaceful and had a beautiful setting. It was cosy and we felt right at home! We only stayed for one night but we will definitely be returning! Lovely place and beautiful surroundings Thankyou!

We had a great stay at Andy & Fiona’s cottage in Sculthorpe. The cottage was well equipped and the location was really convenient for exploring North Norfolk. Andy and Fiona were fab hosts and super responsive on all comms. We would not hesitate to recommend.

The cottage was amazing cozy, clean, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing stay. Angela was a fantastic host and responded to all my queries very quickly. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at the Threshing Barn. It was the perfect place to catch up with friends – peaceful, comfortable, and beautifully presented. The accommodation was faultless, with everything we needed for a relaxing break. Having a beautiful spa right on the doorstep made it even more special. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Lorna and Dean's cottage was a so comfortable for our group and a wonderful place to make our Easter memories. Everything is so well appointed and there are detailed notes about absolutely everything. The house is so lovingly lived in and has real cozy character. The garden and pool are stunning and a sun trap for the whole afternoon. The house is located within an easy distance to so many places, we enjoyed a visit to Sandringham while there. We would love to come back and stay in the future and would recommend to family and friends.

A hidden gem . Will definitely stay again. Perfectly thought out, with many added extras and great attention to detail. The little things you wouldn’t think of, like ear plugs were all there and plenty of choices in the breakfast/snack basket. So much thought has gone into this place.

We had a really relaxing stay in this beautiful place with a stunning outdoor forest directly accessible through the large garden. A tastefully decorated house with interesting artefacts and ceramics. A great place for reading books, cooking and having fires outside in the fire pit. Super quiet and peaceful and a perfect place for rest and recuperation. Also a good location from which to explore forests and sights of Norfolk.

We stayed at forestry cottage for the weekend for my mums 70th birthday. The cottage was so homely and comfortable and a really good size for 7 people. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive, little touches like doggy treats and supplies (we bought our family dog) and balloons, party poppers and a happy birthday banner was left for my mum which was a really nice touch! The cottage is set in the most beautiful/peaceful place with decent walks around the lake. All in all we had a very lovely stay, would 100% recommend.

Lavender Cottage is small but perfectly formed. The photos don’t do it justice. The cottage is very well organised with the kitchen/lounge/dining area having everything we needed - dishwasher, microwave and a very good oven. The cottage shares the large garden with the hosts (and the garden is secure for dogs as well as being beautiful !) with a small private paved area to sit out if wished. The hosts asked us to unload and then park just up the road which wasn’t a problem for us. Syderstone is small with no shop/pub etc but only a short drive to the coast and larger villages and towns. Fantastic dog friendly beaches, pubs and the friendly folk continues to have us returning to Norfolk time and time again. Thank you Gwyn and Sarah for a great visit!

Our stay was exceptional from start to finish, Zoe was a brilliant and friendly host, with great communication and she made our stay a breeze. The bungalow is modern, clean, nicely located and perfect for a family of 4. We only stayed for one night, but with more time on our side we would have loved to have stayed for much longer. Thank you so much for a making our stay perfect.

The holiday home "Poets Corner" is perfect for a stay in the region. We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is cozy, very clean and equipped with many loving details. Kenninghall is a charming place. Everything you need is there, a grocery store, a pub and a cafe. You can also go for a walk, for example to the zoo in Banham. The neighbors are very friendly. Many thanks to Marie for this lovely stay and the friendly conversation. We are now back home in Germany and will remember the beautiful Easter holiday.
