Wir haben in Crystal River 3 fantastische Tage verbracht. Das Haus ist ein Paradies, sehr geräumig, bestens eingerichtet, in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Es sieht alles in Wirklichkeit noch besser aus als auf den Fotos. Der Pool ist großartig und mit einem Netz gegen Mücken geschützt. Die Kajaks in der Garage haben uns viel Spaß gemacht, auch die Kinder konnten gleich damit fahren, ohne Erfahrung zu haben. Vom Haus aus erreicht man in Kürze den Homosassa Wildlife Park oder Touren wie Bird‘s Underwater, mit denen man Manaties beobachten kann. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben und kommen bestimmt eines Tages wieder!

Kelly was an awesome host—highly responsive and made everything super easy. The house itself is straight out of a magazine—beautifully designed and spotless. The location is perfect, especially if you're playing at Cabot Citrus. After a long day on the course, coming back to unwind by the picture-perfect backyard and pool was exactly what we needed. Would absolutely stay here again!

Krisztina is an amazing host! She was proactive, responsive, thorough, friendly, thoughtful, conscientious and kind. We appreciate her attention to detail and her consideration of water safety for her guests, (door alarm and motion sensor on patio). We spent countless hours in the pool and poolside with several small children and appreciated having multiple safety mechanisms in place! We also appreciated the outdoor cameras on the property with the ability to view the cameras on the TV inside the home! We would definitely recommend spending time at Krisztina’s home- and look forward to doing so in the future!

This is our second time staying in the property. First time was the point house and we thought it would be hard to top! Well the Founders house did that! From the extra bed, to the Alexa run speakers, to the cool light fixtures and decor this place was incredible! Not to mention how friendly, prompt and helpful Tee always is!!! The restaurant was yummy and plenty of space for friends to meet us there! Up next we want to try the Swampwater house. The Cove has become our families escape, it’s close to a many places. Even a walk to the dollar general is a adventure for the kids. We only wish we were able to stay longer! Side note watching a rain storm from the front porch was so peaceful! I could have sat there all day! Thank you again for the amazing Family memories ❤️

We absolutely loved this place. Quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. We used the kayaks, the pool, and I even read one their books along the canal line. We feel lucky to have seen 3 manatee from the property. One feeding along the edge for quite some time, and a mom and baby floating leisurely by. They left very thoughtful items, and even provided coffee! Thank you! Highly recommend.

Paul’s place was clean and welcoming! The showers had a little mildew, but overall you could tell the place is very well cared for! The surrounding area is quiet and peaceful and place about an hour every way from the heart of Tampa and Orlando!

We had such a wonderful stay at this home! It was extremely comfortable and had everything our family needed. We spent Easter here and were able to enjoy our traditional egg hunt and grill up some great food, which made the holiday even more special. The kids especially loved the pool and game room, and it was great to have board games available for some wind-down time. There were TVs in every room—including both bedrooms, the living room, game room, and even by the pool—which made it easy to keep the little ones entertained or play music on YouTube while we relaxed. This home really had it all, and we would definitely stay here again next time we’re visiting Spring Hill. As a bonus, we visited Weeki Wachee Springs during our trip—it was beautiful, peaceful, and surprisingly affordable. Highly recommend!

We came into town for just a few days away from Ohio. It was a quick drive to manatees. Also very close to a great downtown area with restaurants and bars. The pool area was even better than we expected! Beds were comfy and the place was very clean. We loved our “Zen” time!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The house had everything we needed and was perfectly located with many things nearby. It was a great little home away from home for our family of four.

This place is a hidden gem right on the rainbow river! No need to rent kayaks, canoes or paddle boards , it’s all there! The water is crystal clear my boys loved jumping in right off the dock. It’s within minutes of the state park and kp hole if you want to check that out but we realized we already had it all right in the back yard. We had smores at every night around the fire pit and enjoyed lunches at the picnic table. Robert is so laid back and was responsive within minutes. We will definitely be back to this exact house in our future visits to the area! Thank you Robert, your home is exceptional, we’re so grateful for the experience!

Wonderful accomodations and the ability to kayak or paddle board over to the sanctuary within minutes was a great surprise. Already thinking about doing it again!

Jessica and Steves place was great, super clean, everything and more then you would expect in a typical Airbnb rental, They were super helpful in anything we needed, Great location, we will for sure rent there again next time we are in the area

This is a unique and gorgeous tiny corner of the world. The spring where the house is located is incredibly beautiful and mesmerizing. The house is lovely, very spacious and fully functional, with everything we needed. The property provides direct access to the spring from several places, which is helpful when it gets somewhat crowded. I was a bit surprised quite how many visitors the spring gets via stand up paddle, kayak motor boat and sadly how loud and inconsiderate some of the visitors can be. But this house provides the unbeatable luxury of almost exclusive to access to Seven Sisters Springs in the mornings and evenings. We loved snorkeling, swimming, and kayaking around this amazing place. We are so grateful to have been able to stay in this unique place. The communication with the hosts was great and friendly and all the important information was clear. Highly recommended!!!

Laura’s Getaway on the Waterway was wonderful! We enjoyed a weekend of celebrating our daughter’s UF graduation with all our adult children. Made wonderful memories playing games, making s’mores, fishing, paddle boarding and taking the water taxi to Eatons Sand Bar! Truly a weekend we will always cherish and Laura’s place offered everything we needed to be our home away from home. Very clean and comfortable beds, we highly recommend any family to stay here! Mark's place is a terrific get away right in the heart of Homosassa. Just about everything flew, floated, or swam past the house on the canal. The hopping fish were the best! It's compact. 4 adults pretty much maxed it out for comfort. We used it as a base for touring the area, and it was so nice to come home to each evening.

From the moment we walked in to the house to see how immaculate it was, we felt right at home. It was very comfortable. A lot of our time was spent sitting in a large screened in patio looking out at the birds and listening to the wildlife. It was very peaceful and relaxing. The inside was new and professionally done. The coffee bar was equipped with all the fixings. Greta was wonderful to deal with. She answered our questions promptly and made our stay very pleasant. We visit the area frequently during the year and will definitely want to stay here again. Thank you.

A wonderful place to stay! Quiet and intimate. The place was very cleaned and smelled good. The shower was my favorite part of the house. Thanks for having fans available. I need noise to sleep. Just a few suggestions. There was only one K-Cup for two adults staying two nights. We didn’t know that the bed was a queen or full (not sure which size). My husband and I rolled towards each other into the middle. The second night we slept on the pull out couch. Love the mattress topper!! It was very comfortable. There are no bathrooms by the pool. All in all, a great place to stay.

Had a lovely stay. The accommodation is clean, tidy and possibly the best equipped property I have stayed at. Managed to catch a couple of fish off the deck and were lucky enough to encounter 2 dolphins whilst out kayaking. Will definitely stay here again. The Accomodation had everything you could possibly need. Only negative was if you are prone to being bitten bring some insect repellent, I am and suffered, wife and daughter aren’t so laughed at my misfortune. Insect bites are not uncommon around Hudson, happened last time we came and again only I seem to suffer!!

Gorgeous location! We brought the boat to explore Ozello too and there were so many dolphins right around the corner from the AirBnB that you could have easily used her kayaks to get to. The home was super cozy and we will for sure rebook.

My wife and I had an amazing time during our stay. Rebecca and Gary were great hosts and had everything set up for us. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Judy’s house was beautiful! Clean, tastefully decorated, and friendly neighbors. We used the golf car, bikes and there were also lawn chairs and golf clubs that we didn’t get a chance to use because we were so busy doing other things. There are 2 swimming pools and pickle ball courts within 1.5 of the house, very easy to walk or bike to. Brown wood Paddock is about a 15 minute golf car ride away. We will definitely stay with Judy again!

Monique was a wonderful and communicative host, and her home was super roomy, clean, private and peaceful. Highly recommend this place over a hotel if you have a long weekend with extended family you don’t see often. Great memories and super comfy beds!
