Great spacious house which was clean on arrival and lovely inside. we had a great stay here and will certainly return again soon. the neighbourhood was lovely and quiet and had a beautiful green space right outside. check in was simple and easy and jamil eve allowed us to check in a little earlier. rooms were very spacious and had all the items needed towels, bedding even a travel cot for the little ones. Great amenities, maybe a mirror may help but other than that everything you need. thanks for a great stay, great communication throughout.

Great place to stay and great location, would recommend to others.

This was our second stay at this beautiful farm cottage on the outskirts of Olney, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. Nestled in the heart of stunning countryside, the setting is truly tranquil—surrounded by fields, trees, and plenty of sheep, it’s the perfect place to unwind and reconnect with nature. The cottage itself is incredibly cosy, immaculately clean, and feels like a true home away from home. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. Penny is an outstanding host—warm, welcoming, and always happy to help, she makes the entire experience feel personal and effortless. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

A pleasant stay, perfect for us as a family for local walkable event. Lovely clean space. A great place in every way with amenities in the home. Comfortable beds, soft towels & toiletries. Teabags, sugar were a bonus and sachets of milk even though we’d brought our own. Able to extend checkout slightly to accommodate use of suntrap garden until after lunch with use of private driveway while our event was still on. Spot on, will stay again. Thanks ☺️

Lovely stay and great communication throughout when. Stayed as family of 4 and whilst kids had to share a sofa bed it was perfectly adequate as a warm, comfortable and inviting space. Would definitely stay again when back visiting family in nearby Leighton buzzard which is around 10 mins in taxi.

We had an amazing stay in this fantastic little annex! It’s the perfect spot for two people seeking a quiet retreat, yet still within easy reach of London. The host was wonderfully responsive and friendly, ensuring I felt right at home. Highly recommend!

Peter and Isabel were fabulous gost and nothing was too much trouble. The house was exactly as I expected it and value for money. As it was winter, the house was warm and comforting!
