Steve & Angie are your hosts at Spurrell’s Retreat… a brand new, unique, self-contained, high-tech holiday accommodation, created, as part of our renovation of Manor House Farm. The Retreat offers stylish, peaceful and relaxing accommodation for two adults, open plan living/sleeping, a private raised patio with fire pit and gas BBQ, a separate kitchen with electric oven, hob, fridge, and dishwasher, and a bathroom with walk-in shower and sauna, all WiFi and audio connected. Dog Cottage (North Norfolk)

2 bedroom cottage in rural North Norfolk. Well behaved dogs welcome (secure garden). 20 minutes to the beach. Near Holt, Cromer, Aylsham and Sheringham. Please note this is a small cottage with low doorways, and tight, winding stairs and an open landing. The cottage is unsuitable for groups with children under six years of age. Type 2 EV charger available on request for guests' use (charged separately) The nearest pub and restaurant is in the next village and only a short drive away.

Carpenters Yard is a stylish boutique detached cottage in the heart of the Norfolk countryside. Completely renovated to the highest standard, perfect for couples seeking a peaceful village retreat equidistant from the North Norfolk coast and Norwich. Guests can relax in front of the wood burner or soak up the sun in the pretty private garden. Georgian Holt and Marriotts Way cycle path are nearby. With private parking we are perfect for a weekend away or longer stay any time of the year.

Nestled in the trees with stunning views down into a hidden, valley. Binoculars are provided to enjoy the Barn Owls, Kites, deer, foxes, badgers, rabbits, hares and squirrels that inhabit the valley. The all wood lodges have been hand built by local craftsmen; the fixtures, fittings, and beds are made from a specific species of 'waney edged' wood. A fully fitted kitchen, mood lighting and a wood burning stove complete the cabin-in-the-woods romance of these gorgeous luxury hideaways.

Lily's Cottage

19th century cottage in 13th century village. Fully modernised with new kitchen/dining room, lounge and bathroom downstairs, with two bedrooms upstairs (main bedroom leading off bedroom at top of stairs - no door at top of stairs into small bedroom). Older cottage type so steep narrow stairs and low doorways. Suitable for couple or with one child. Free car park across the road. 30 minutes drive to north Norfolk coast, local to National Trust houses and lots of walking trails.

The Little Castle

“Estella” Shepherds Hut with private hot tub

You will find all that’s needed to take the stress away from your stay. A king-sized bed, with luxurious 400 TC Egyptian cotton bedding. There is a fully equipped kitchenette with a butler sink, convection hob, toaster, kettle and microwave. You will have your own personal fire pit by your door and a wood burner inside the hut. Moor View - hot tub, peaceful & spacious

Moor View is nestled in a beautiful conservation area with views over a peaceful meadow - a spacious detached home that's been luxuriously refurbished with a large garden and a wood fired hot tub (wood provided). Though the setting is rural, it's only a short walk into Reepham where you will find independent cafes and shops, plus two pubs and a wine bar. With stunning walks on your doorstep & the beautiful Norfolk coast and Norwich 25 minutes by car, the location is perfect.

Designed by renowned Norfolk architect George Skipper The Boathouse sits in a totally unrivalled position looking over the beautiful lake and grounds at Sennowe Park, next to Pensthorpe Nature reserve (recent home of BBC’s ‘Springwatch’) and just a 20-minute drive from the North Norfolk coast at Wells-next-the-Sea.
