Cozy & very clean waterfront home, perfect for a couples getaway. Property is overlooking the Saint Andrews Channel with access to a small private wharf. Unfortunately you cannot dive from or dock boat on wharf. Ideal for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, canoeing or simply just putting your feet up and relaxing. After a day on the water relax in front of a small campfire and watch the boats returning for the evening as the sunsets. A perfect, well deserved day of peace, calm and tranquility.

Located at Breton Cove, a tiny picturesque fishing village on the east central side of the Cabot Trail. Situated just off the Trail, nestled in the woods where you will likely smell and hear the ocean and in season, the lobster boats harvesting the day's catch. From base camp, attractions on the trail and elsewhere are easily accessed resulting in saving time and money as daily concerns with check-in and out times are eliminated. Sunnyside Cabin is open year-round, is pet friendly, and has 2 queen bedrooms, a full kitchen and bath, living and dining area, wood stove, covered deck with BBQ and propane, and is located on the Cabot Trail. There are several hiking trails along the cliffs of Wreck Cove - epic waterfront views! There is an archery range on site with 3D shooting tours by the ocean, an outdoor shelter and firepit, annual foraging events, and lots of birds, fungi and plant life to learn about while you're here!

Although there is no direct access to the water from our property, it's just a short 10min walk to where you can dip your toes at a sandy beach.
