We stayed for a month at Chris's place and it really was a home away from home. everything a family might need or think of and also things you might not think were provided. they were very generous and kind with sharing their home and stuff. would recommend to anyone looking for a short or long stay

We had a great stay at the Annex, perfectly located for exploring the town centre whilst still feeling peaceful. This was a lovely place to unwind at the end of the day. The size was just perfect for the three of us (all adults) and it was so helpful to have free street parking available nearby.

It is in a perfect location if wanting to walk into Chester. Free parking was available around the cottage. It is a small cottage but it had all the amenities required for a short break. Very clean with lovely furnishings.

Lovely property which was an ideal base for a visit to Denbighshire. Short drive into St Asaph and 10 min drive to Denbigh, a fascinating town with loads of history. Parking and access was easy. Beautifully furnished and plenty of space to relax. Will definitely visit again if in the area. Ideal for anyone visiting the Business Park or working in the area.

From the very beginning, Steve was amazing with his communication! He went the extra mile by providing some lovely touches like bread, milk, and even little beers. The bedroom was absolutely gorgeous and had a very comfy bed. Plus, it’s just a mile away from the beautiful Forest of Dean and surrounded by plenty of dog-friendly pubs. We LOVED our stay here! The home is fabulous, so many spacious rooms to explore, each one decorated in a great way. The outdoor space is amazing, and was such a highlight of our stay, from the stunning countryside views, the lush pool, the immaculate sauna out building (a hot tub on the balcony or outside would be a cherry on top of a delicious cake). We also loved that the house was so well stocked in the kitchen and cupboards throughout the house, which made it easier and more enjoyable to just chill at the house. Everyone said that they're beds were super comfy too. The neighbours were very welcoming and helpful too, it was a lovely start to our stay meeting Les! It was easy to communicate with the host, and they messaged us 24 hours before check out to let us know we could check out later which was fab. Would definitely recommend staying here with a big group, plenty of space for everyone with a fab social dining table. Diolch yn fawr

We had a lovely stay at Sorrel House. The property is just as described and was wonderful for a weekend away with longstanding friends. Grinshill is a peaceful village with good walking, and a relatively short drive or taxi ride away from Shrewsbury where we went for food in the evening. Everything about our stay was great and we’d look to book again!

Jeffrey's property exceeded our expectations by some distance. It has been extensively upgraded particularly in the kitchen/ diner and bathroom. Also a private patio area for alfresco eating in the sun. Location is excellent and the quiet, local area of Hoole was very appealing, with independent and interesting shops just around the corner including a Sainsburys Local, several restaurants and pubs/ bars. Chester centre is only 20 minutes walk away along the canal. Parking was immediately outside the property. Perfect for a city break

Sarah's flat was beautiful - very clean and well presented and in a fabulous location, overlooking the river. The whole flat is light and bright and in very good condition. The restaurant below has great food and is worth a visit while you stay. We were only there for a day, but would love to visit again. Sarah was great to communicate with and very helpful at all times. Highly recommend.

Absolutely perfect apartment. Beautifully furnished and exceptionally equipped with all you need for a relaxing break. Very clean and bright. Every inch is aesthetically pleasing and lots of interesting magazines and books to relax with. With two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms it is excellent value. There were so many thoughtful extras provided too. Plenty of high quality coffee, tea and other beverages. Fresh milk, bread, butter and fruit as well as cereals, spreads etc. Sue is a very lovely hostess and made sure we had a great stay. All set in a fabulous village location in the Cheshire countryside. 100% Recommend a stay here.

Amazing place and in the heart of the town.

Our nephew and fiancée stayed here while visiting us for Christmas. Liz was very welcoming, supportive and they felt right at home. Given the Christmas season we all appreciated the little extras to welcome the season and make the whole stay just that but more special. Thank you Liz. We will definitely use this again for extra guests and recommend you to others.

It’s a great location. When you step out it’s just the beach. It’s not a busy location- calm and secluded just next to the high street. You can see the sunrise from your bedroom which is decorated well. Ideal for a family of 4 or a couple. Would highly recommend this place

Kristin was an excellent host!! Her place was absolutely beautiful, it has been renovated to an extremely high standard. There are loads of fantastic touches in the property, such as dog treats, dog bowls & dog towels always available. Kristin also offers a doggy day care service, which was a godsend! She is the best host we have had in all the years we’ve used Airbnb! Always there to help and so friendly!! Cannot recommend Kristin and her excellent venue enough!!

Having stayed at Ken’s last year I booked to stay again this year as it’s very close to Lilleshall National Sports Centre, ken and his wife are great, they have a lovely clean comfortable home, I am staying again in a couple of months time as it’s my go to place when in Telford

We had a lovely Easter weekend staying at Tracey’s. Tracey couldn’t do enough for us she was very welcoming and helpful. The accommodation was clean and the rooms were comfortable for 2 adults, a toddler, a teenager and 2 dogs. Definitely booking again for next year. Thank you Tracey.

Lorely’s place was the perfect long weekend getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. She and her husband were friendly, flexible, helpful and always so responsive to messages. The home is as beautiful as the photos - such a wonderfully interesting space! Unwinding in front of the fire every evening was on of our favourite things to do. We also fell totally in love with Lulu the cat. She is an outdoor cat and apparently happy to stay away if guests aren’t up for her to be inside, but we simply adored her and loved when she graced us with visits. Cuddly and delightfully chill. Our 4 year old managed the curvy staircase well and thought it was fun to sleep on the pull out. Beds were comfortable and it stayed a good temp all night. Fridge is small and there were limited basic ingredients available so not really set up for a full food shop, but it was fine for a short trip. Shop is only a 5 min drive away and easy enough to grab dinner from every day. Loved our stay - thank you!

We had a lovely stay. Emma was friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and clean, tea/coffee facilities, and a lovely cooked breakfast. The Guest House is well located right in the town centre and we were able to park on the street and let ourselves in/out as we pleased with our own key. Great location for exploring and as a quick walk to the local bars and restaurants.

Good, easy clear communication regarding check-in etc. Lovely spacious house with a guest kitchen and dining room. Very close to central Shrewsbury. I was here for a week as I was working locally, and I will 100% book again whenever I'm in the area.

Nicola's B&B easily surpassed all of the other B&Bs that we had stayed at during our trip. First, we were in a house that was built in 1573 and still had that old world charm to it, with the addition of modern conveniences where needed (specifically the bath room). We had a large breakfast comprised of fresh cut fruits, toast, croissants, cereals, yogurt, orange juice, coffee and tea. We never needed to eat lunch because we had our fill at breakfast. On one occasion Nicola went out to her garden to pick peppermint leaves so I could have fresh tea. We had a bedroom, an attached bathroom (with two toilets), and since we were the only quests an entertainment room downstairs to ourselves. This is a working farm so we got to meet the cows, sheep, pigs, dogs and parrot. Nicola was also the best host that we encountered. I highly recommend this B&B, simply the best.

Rachel made us feel very welcome and her home is superbly placed for hikers. We had everything we needed for full days hiking - not least a superb cooked breakfast!
