Nestled in the village of Coughton. A charming private shepherd's hut offers stunning views of the Warwickshire countryside. Positioned at the end of a secluded driveway and accessed via private gates, the hut is conveniently located just a short distance from our residence, allowing us to assist if needed. However, rest assured that the hut maintains its distinct privacy. Adjacent to the hut lies a farmer's field, occasionally visited by tractors and even graced by the presence of deer.

A private lakeside lodge with its own hot tub. A two-person, interior-designed studio space situated on edge of private lake. The Duck House is an open plan hand built wooden cabin situated in front of one of our lakes beside our beautiful private woodland which you have direct access to.. With views directly onto the lake it is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the countryside. It is equipped with a fully fitted kitchen and bathroom and has everything you will need for a long or short stay. Well behaved dog friendly. Explore our private woodland and lakes or the local footpaths. SORRY NO FISHING OR WIFI.

From toasting marshmallows around the fire pit, or sipping a glass of wine on the deck in the evening sun, Ivy Stables has everything you need for a lovely getaway where you’d be comfortable for a 1 night stay or an extended break.

The Three Mile Hideaway

Situated on site of a Grade II thatched cottage and accessed by a private driveway/track, this beautiful and extremely unique hideaway has been made specifically for the space where you can come and relax in the peaceful woodland surroundings. It’s got a beautiful wooden hot tub and large outdoor fire pit where you can enjoy some toasted marshmallows under the stars. The hideaway is situated next to a wonderful footpath where you can enjoy the idyllic routes into the village.
