It’s an easy ¼ mile walk into town if you like to dine out, or want to enjoy the beach. On chillier evenings, settle in by the woodstove ( first bundle of wood is provided) with a warm beverage.

Just remodeled for a more spacious 400 Square feet , with two gravity recliners and a comfy queen bed and private bathroom and light eating area. We are located on a full half acre. We live in the main house and the studio is in the front of our house, not on ocean side, a View of the ocean can be seen from the kitchen window , there’s a private courtyard that takes you to the ocean. Please do not bring any cooking devices as this is not allowed, A 110 plug is there for EV chargers.

This special cabin in the Quiet Water community earned an award of merit in Sunset Magazine in 1985! ** Pool and hot tub are only available mid June through Labor Day weekend. Otherwise closed for the winter. **

Bring your furry friends, DOGS only- no cats -(up to two), with our approval and a fee of $25 per pooch.
