A further loft bedroom has twin beds (or joined as a superking) and a further single bed. *The private car park is not immediately adjacent to the property so there is no accessible electric charging point for electric cars.

Completed in July 2018, the Shippen is a two bedroom, two bathroom, luxury barn conversion with an open plan living/ dining/ kitchen. The Shippen is single storey and is wheelchair friendly. It is set in beautiful countryside on the edge of the North York Moors National Park but with easy access to the Yorkshire Dales and the Yorkshire coast.
