If you're looking for a great old-school, homestyle Japanese accommodation, this is your place. As a previous reviewer mentioned, it's a bit like staying at your grandparents' place in the country: It won't have the sleekest and most modern new features, but it's a legit piece of a bygone era. We stayed as a family of five, had a great time. The place was super spacious and comfortable, and pretty well located for what we wanted to do in Shikoku. We rented a car, and I was initially worried about finding restaurants within walking distance of the AirBNB, but the neighborhood was surprisingly good for restaurants! The fish place next door is definitely worth trying, as is the nearby yakiniku place (about 10 min walk). The only downside I could note is that we had Internet issues while we were there. Not a huge deal for us, but it could be for some. I'm sure the host will take care of that for future visitors.

We went to the place as a family of four, as we arrived very late, the place is in the woods and its abit dark and narrow, but with host’s instruction we still manage to find the way in. It’s a renovated old wooden house in the woods, it’s good to experience the old traditional Japanese style. And you can really feel the nature in the morning with singing birds around. Two things to note is the bathroom is separated from the main house and it’s abit not convenient. And highly recommend to arrive daytime so you can see the road clearly. But if you are a nature person, this is a good place to go and it’s also near the Shimanto city which you can do cycling along the river and enjoy the view.

We absolutely loved our stay with Dai, he was so lovely and helpful from even before we had arrived. The house was homely and very well cared for with everything you could think of! This was such a great place - all the neighbours were so kind. 10/10 from us! The house is about a 10 min walk from Hiroshima station and 20 min walk from busier districts. Dai did a wonderful job we felt right at home.

ホストは問い合わせにもすぐに返信が有り、こちらからの色々なお願いにも柔軟な対応頂き、大変助かりました。 部屋もとても清潔で食器、調味料、洗剤も用意頂き、自宅と同じ様に過ごせました。 また、ベッドのマットレスが快適で疲れた体には最高でした。 近くにスーパーやコンビニもありながら、目の前の通りは静かでとても快適に過ごせました。 また、大阪訪問の際はお世話になりたいと思います。

学生時代の友人と久々の再会のために利用させていただきました。 2月の寒い時期、幼児や子犬もいたため室内で楽しめることを目的にこちらの宿を選択しました。 記載内容の通り、囲炉裏、岩盤浴、カラオケと室内アクティビティーが充実しており楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。リビングも木のぬくもりを感じるリラックスしたスペースでどこでもまったりと歓談することができました。 ありがとうございます！またぜひご利用させて頂きたいです。

とても素敵な古民家でした!ホストさんには色々とお気遣いいただき、楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。また高知へ遊びに来た際には、お世話になりたいと思います。

My only regret is not getting to stay longer! This home is so beautiful and there are trails through the forest right outside the door. The beach is a quick walk away, as well as great food and friendly locals. The windows make the room such a treat to relax in and all of the accommodations were perfect. The host was super helpful in getting us checked in. The stairs are a bit steep, as mentioned, which was not a problem for us, but please be aware if stairs are not for you. I wish I could’ve stayed for a week!

Very nice and quiet apartment. Location is good. Easy to get there from Namba station. Near market and tourist area, restaurant and yet away from noisy places. Family mart nearby. Place is exactly on photos and very clean and neat. Host is very responsive and friendly. Very helpful in booking, queries, check in and check out. Great places

素晴らしいお宿でした。 オーナー様は常に親切で、返信も早く的確で、こちらの要望にも寄り添ってくださいました。 子供も甚くお部屋を気に入り「ダーツの部屋にまた泊まる!」「海遊館よりお部屋の水槽見る方がいい！」と断言しておりました。 設備も最新型で、お風呂、キッチン、洗濯乾燥機、プロジェクター(アラジン)があります。ウォーターサーバーがあるのには驚きましたし、シーリングエアコンやガスヒーターまであり、花冷えの数日を暖かく過ごすことができました。 駅が目の前で、非常に便利な分、寝る時に外の音が気になる方もいるかと思います。電車のチャイム、救急車・消防車のサイレンもよく聞かれました。 耳栓も用意されていましたが、私たちは使わずとも、そんなに気になりませんでした。 むしろ、駅の真ん前だったので、帰路の疲れを気にせずに観光できました。 エレベーターはなく、階段のみですが、特段に足が悪いというわけでなければ、問題ないと感じました。荷物が多い場合には大変かもしれませんが、階段を登れる電動カートも用意されています。 細かいところまで気遣いが行き届いており、すこぶる快適な滞在でした。 心より御礼申し上げます。

Mari's place worked well for us. It's always nice to have a kitchen so we don't always have to eat out. The location was quiet and residential. There are a couple of neighborhood restaurants and a bakery, and convenience stores close by which was great for us, and the proximity to the river was lovely. Mari was kind enough to give us a child bike seat to use so we cycled everywhere on the bikes she allows guests to use. Biking around Okayama is easy and super fun way to get around and from Mari's place it is quick to get in to the centre or to the gardens and castle. The space itself is a little cozy for a family - all in one bedroom and a small table in the kitchen to eat - but not unusual for a Japanese rental. It has everything you need though to do some basic cooking, and the laundry is a nice bonus if you are there a few days. Overall we had a great stay. Thanks Mari.

九条駅から歩いて5分位。 商店街とは逆側なのでお店は少ないが、ローソン、セブンイレブン、オリジン弁当があり必要なものは手に入る。 環境は静か。 事務所と作業場のビルの上なので、もともとは事務所だったところを改装したようなフロアですが、部屋は広く、内装はモダンでした。 必要なものはすべて揃っています。 パジャマは持って来ましょう。 1階の作業所にオーナーの方がいらっしゃったので挨拶したらチェックイン時間前にも関わらず荷物を入れていただけたり、チェックアウト後も荷物を預かっていただけたり、大変親切にしていただいた。オーナーさんとのコミュニケーションが出来て安心して宿泊することができたのは嬉しかった。 また利用したいと思います。

地理位置非常便捷，出了地铁站就是，离道顿堀非常非常近，附近食物很多，药妆店和711就在楼下。房间带阳台，随时走出去呼吸新鲜空气。唯一一点不好的就是靠近马路的卧室晚上噪音有点大，其他的可以说完美！房东Miwa响应及时，态度友善，房间里物品齐全，太完美的旅行！感谢款待！

対応がとても親切で仕事も早く正確で最高の思い出を作ることが出来ました。 今すぐにでももう一度行きたいと思える場所でした。

眺めも良くてとても静かで気持ち良い空間で、サウナもたくさん楽しめて外気浴もできてお風呂や水風呂の動線も完璧でした！朝日も綺麗に見ることができました。朝からそのままサウナも最高の思い出です。 キッチンも広々していてとても使いやすかったです。プロジェクターの接続だけうまくいかなかったですが、次は友達も皆んなで泊まりに来たいと思います！

家族8人でお伺いしました。車1台は高浜港に駐車し、1台をフェリーに乗せて興居島へ。泊港からほど近く、南国風の外観、家の中も南国風にリフォームされ、家具やキッチンの家電もオシャレで、昔の火鉢に観葉植物があったり、オーナー様の良い趣味が感じられます。バーベキューをしましたが、食材とカセットボンベ、飲み物以外は持参しなくてもちゃんと準備されています。タオルや歯ブラシなども清潔に準備されていました。惜しいのは、宿泊先で楽しみすぎて、興居島の観光が十分にできなかったところでしょうか（笑）連泊して興居島を満喫することをお勧めいたします♪

父の還暦祝いで家族全員で利用しました。 子供が走り回っても誰にも迷惑がかからないほど綺麗かつ広かったです。 従業員の方もすごく良い方でした。 トイレが何個もあってどのトイレも綺麗で凄く助かりました。

ファミリーで訪れました。バーベキュー、焚き火、ハイジのようなブランコ、ハンモック、海の景色も最高で、楽しめました。施設も清潔で、安心です。 ありがとうございました。 大型車は、運転の技術がかなり必要です。

外観や内装がとてもオシャレでみんなテンション上がってました！サウナや暖炉もあって、別荘に来たような気持ちで楽しめました。また小豆島に来ることがあれば、またこちらに宿泊したいと思います。

子どもが5人おり、騒がしかったのですが、周辺のお家と距離があり、気兼ねなく過ごせました。 寝室が2部屋あり、親戚3家族で滞在させていただきました。 虫が苦手な子もいましたが、屋内はとてもきれいにされており、快適に過ごせました。 水やコーヒー、タオルなどのアメニティも日数分用意されており、助かりました。 景色も絶景でゆったり過ごせました。 父母ヶ浜まで車で数分の距離でした。 人数変更などいろいろとご迷惑をおかけしましたが、快く対応して下さいました。
