Our house is in the sought-after Mile 16 Private Beach Estate, where you can enjoy direct access to the beach from the estate. This is a cozy and easy living home, with the ocean within close walking distance (80m). The house offers a lovely outside braai/"stoep" area as well as an indoor fireplace for those winter nights. For extra fun, a wood fire hot tub is situated on the back veranda.
