The apartment is well located (10-15 mins from the train station) and it has everything you need ! I was lucky to be able to spend the last 3 months in this real treasure, a very quiet neighborhood but also not so far from the center. Even though alphen aan den rijn is a small city, there’s still a lot cool activities available, like a bird park, a cinema, a bowling alley and many more. I will definitely come back there as soon as I can ! Jose was available at all times and made me feel very welcome. If you love bright and spacious home you should definitely come there because it’s a gem !

The place is cozy. Just 1-2 minutes from Rotterdam Central Station. It is a spacious, generous apartment and equipped with everything you need. We had coffee capsules included, which was very nice and helpful. Two things could be improved, the sofa, whose extendable part moves and it is harder to sleep on it and the dishes to be cleaned better. The apartment is on the first floor and has steep stairs, which must be taken into account, but this is the style of buildings in general. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful few days on this beautiful farm. It was very peaceful and comfortable. We enjoyed eating fresh eggs every morning, and our daughter loved the trampoline, feeding the chickens and seeing the alpacas every morning. Thanks for a very memorable stay.

We had a great three night stay at Sylvia’s & Eric’s, easy walk to metro line to get into Delft, Rotterdam or The Hague. Grocery store a few blocks w/ATM so got some Euros using our MC Debit Card. Kitchen had microwave, oven and two burner hotplate. Bed was comfy, we are two bigger guys and had no problem with space. Shower was great, plenty of hot water & pressure & towels. Could use a new pan or two but Sylvia let us borrow one. W&D used for three loads (10 euros), was in their home so had limits in terms of use, but generous w/availability. Drip coffee maker & small French press, offered free coffee which was nice. No paper products like napkins / paper towels, and needs more than just salad forks to use. Body wash & shamp yes, needs conditioner as well. Patio area nice, table & chairs in their back garden area, free parking on site, nice n’hood. Cold floor, (slab) apt below home w/ good lighting. Wash cloths, foil needed. Overall very pleased highly recommend, nice & quiet

The accommodation looks exactly like the pictures. It is centrally located and you can reach the city centre quickly by public transport. The flat is well equipped, nothing is missing. Communication with the host was uncomplicated and I always got a quick response.

Perfect location everything in walking distance plus public transport on your doorstep for further afield.

Logement très pratique, bien placé à 10mn du centre (à pieds+metro), idéal à 3, fonctionnel et paisible. Voisins sympas, quartier typique de Rotterdam, petits commerces au pied de l’immeuble, et lac à 1km pour se balader. Hôte présente à notre arrivée, sympathique et chaleureuse, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

I must express my utmost satisfaction with the accommodation I experienced during my stay in the Netherlands. The quaint town of Gouda provided a convenient location for exploring the area, and the hospitality of Katja truly exceeded my expectations. She consistently inquired about my well-being and was always willing to assist with any requests I had.

Merith's place was great -- super cute and right on the canal. Many shops and restaurants close by. On Wednesdays and Saturdays, there was a cool market across the canal, where you could get produce, nuts, cheese, fish, and a variety of goods. Her place is about 10-15 minute walk to the Leiden Centraal Station, which was very convenient. The public transport system in The Netherlands is excellent. We went to Amsterdam, Gouda, The Hague, Haarlem. And we were here during tulip season, so we went to Keukenhof Gardens twice. During this season, they run a bus from Leiden Centraal Station right to Keukenhof, easy. Merith's place was clean and well appointed, just as described. I recommend it!

O apartamento corresponde exatamente à descrição e as fotos. Muito bem localizado, pertinho da estação central, virando a esquina vários bares legais para comer e beber. O apartamento estava limpo, camas confortáveis e Max foi um excelente anfitrião, respondendo sempre de imediato e gentilmente!

This was the perfect “home base” for our trip to Amsterdam. Far enough from city central to be nice and quiet, but well connected via bus/metro/trolley. Several good restaurants close by, as well as a small grocery store.

The location was great, walking distance to trains and trams to get to the heart of Amsterdam. Far enough away to be quiet for nights in. Nancy was very communicative even though she was on holiday. Easy parking if you drive in and plenty of space for 5, especially if someone doesn’t mind the couch. Would be great for 3 couples. Amazing showers 😁

Tolle Wohnung, von der man super schnell im centrum von Rotterdam ist. Wirklich alles super da. Man sollte extra Zeit einplanen, die man mit Zola verbringt. Das abhängen mit ihr hat besonders Spaß gemacht.

Wir hatten zu dritt 4 wunderbare Tage in der sehr schön gestalteten Wohnung. Alles war vorhanden und perfekt. Der 2. Schlafraum mit 2 Einzelbetten ist etwas einfach gestaltet, für Kinder oder eine 3. Person aber völlig ausreichend. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Anfragen wurden sofort beantwortet. Check in und check out waren gut organisiert. Die Wohnung liegt in einem kleinen Vorort von Den Haag, mit schönen Restaurants und einigen kleinen Geschäften, direkt an der Fußgängerzone. Fahrräder können in der Nähe abgestellt werden.

I absolutely loved my stay at Johanneke‘s place. Immediately as you walk out the front door, you are in Ten Kate Mart with tons of food stalls lining the street. Just 3min walk away is Foodhallen, where you’ll find a local artisans market plus food and drink options that are open late into the evening. The neighborhood was vibrant during the day and early evening but still felt private and I enjoyed having a quiet place with a beautiful and serene backyard. It was very easy to walk to public transit should I choose to take the tram, or could easily to Vondelpark or Jordaan neighborhood to see more sites. Johanneke was a great host and very proactive with information and checking in. I would book her place again and again!

Wir waren zu zweit für 2 Nächte dort. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und freundlich. Die zur Verfügung stehenden Fahrräder waren eine tolle Möglichkeit um eine gemütliche abendliche Runde zu fahren oder auch in nichtmal 20 Minuten etwas einkaufen zu können. Mit unserem Auto sind wir in knapp 1h nach Zandvoort ans Meer gefahren. Es war unglaublich entspannend und die Gegend ist sehr schön.

Super gemütliches und gut eingerichtetes Loft. David ist ein klasse Gastgeber, immer wieder gerne!

We enjoyed this accomodation in Haarlem. The neighborhood is charming and quiet. The property has a wonderful garden and a pond with koi. The hosts are super friendly. The unit makes excellent use of the long narrow space of the typical homes in the Netherlands. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The one negative of our visit was the hot tub. We expressed interest in using it months before arrival. After arriving we inquired again, only to learn it had recently broken and the replacement part hadn't arrived yet. This was pretty disappointing, as the hot tub was one of the reasons we chose this booking. We understand things happen but it would have been good to know before we arrived. Overall a lovely Airbnb.
