Many art studios and galleries within easy walk as well as Ermou, the most popular shopping street. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, free wi-fi access, floor heating, individual air conditioning system, flat screen TV with many satellite channels, 24h hot water. It has one bedroom and a bright new sofa (expandable to a comfortable double bed). It is ideal for couples, friends as well as families with children. Το 1960, πριν χτιστεί το σπιτιού μας στη Σοφοκλέους, ο παππούς Γιάννης φύτεψε ξινά δέντρα στον κήπο. Τα πορτοκάλια, τα μανταρίνια και τα λεμόνια γέμισαν τις φρουτιέρες μας , δυναμώνοντας τους χειμώνες μας και δροσίζοντας τα καλοκαίρια μας.
