Στο υπνοδωμάτιο, εκτός από το διπλο κρεβάτι υπάρχει άνετος διθέσιος καναπές (δε γίνεται κρεββάτι), επιτοίχιος καθρέφτης, μεγάλη τηλεόραση και τραπέζι σαλονιού. Η κουζίνα έχει μοντέρνα ντουλάπια, τραπέζι και όλα τις απαραίτητες συσκευές. Στο μπάνιο υπάρχει μικρή μπανιέρα, πλυντήριο και τα απαραίτητα αξεσουαρ. Η γκαρσονιέρα βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στις παραλίες Συκιές, Παπαθανασίου και Κουρέντι και στη στάση για το Πανεπιστήμιο (Πρώην Τ.Ε.Ι. ).
