Great space for a lovely trip to the Bay Area! Located in a very safe & quiet neighborhood of Alameda. The cottage has a private bathroom with shower (no tub), a kitchenette with microwave, and the most comfortable queen bed. Close to Oakland Coliseum, BART, SF, Oakland Airport, and ferry to SF. Great access to Bay Farm Trail and just a short walk to restaurants and shopping. ** Please note that the bed is against the wall, so if you are a group of two, one person will be against the wall.

This 100-year old water tower in our backyard supplied water to beach cottages on our street. It's been renovated into a tiny home, mostly using reused or upcycled materials. We're happy to share it with guests looking for a quiet & unique place to stay in the Bay Area. Come stay in a quiet, peaceful cottage in a sunny backyard on a great street in Berkeley. There's a large skylight and lots of light. The cottage has its own entrance accessed from the backyard, and is separate from the house. You can spend time relaxing on the outdoor furniture. We're about a mile from Berkeley Bowl, close to UCB, restaurants, shops. The cottage is very relaxing. People love staying here.
