Welcome to our clean, cosy, & well located city retreat. Please check my profile for reviews from our other location. Whilst not a sleek modern home, it is a home filled with warmth and comfort, we want it to feel like you are visiting an old friend. Built by my parents in 1958 this home has always been a place of love, laughter and cherished memories. Whilst not suitable for children or pets, it offers a unique, nostalgic experience. The Adelaide airport is a convenient 8 min Uber away!

Wake up to birdsong at rustic Gumtree Cottage!

Close to nature, self-contained; a haven of tranquillity. Set in the beautiful Adelaide foothills, a prime location within easy reach of walks, cafes, transport, etc PLEASE READ; this is a rustic cottage. The shower setup is unconventional, though does provide a warm - hot shower depending on the weather! - READ BELOW. The cottage cold water tap is drinkable, no hot tap. Street parking on the no-through street. Please only stay if you're wanting a place to escape the modern world! Enjoy!

This stylish one bedroom apartment is situated across from the Botanic Gardens on Adelaide’s Cultural Boulevard. You have everything that the city has to offer at your fingertips. Seconds away from the Fringe Hub and a stroll or free tram ride to the Festival Centre, Adelaide Oval and Convention Centre. You are spoilt for choice of wonderful restaurants, bars, cafés and great shopping.

Private self-contained, modern apartment

A newly built, modern, self contained flat behind the main house. The bedroom has a queen bed and large flat screen TV, separate lounge area with large flat screen TV. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a table and chairs. The bathroom is spacious with a shower, two wash basins and toilet Access to the flat is separate from the main house, and so guests can come and go when they please. Please note that is a one-time fee of $50 applies for accommodating your dog during the stay.

Detached Studio/Grange

Detached Studio with a small ensuite, outside hot tub, and private access. Secure undercover parking adjacent to the studio. Provisions for a light breakfast included. We offer a picturesque location just 900 mts from the beach and cafes, in the heart of beautiful Grange, with the train a 5 min walk away - 20 mins to CBD. The studio is equipped with a mini fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee pod machine, and microwave - there is no oven - but please feel free to use the BBQ for cooked meals.

Our charming, newly renovated one-bedroom apartment (sofa bed available if more than 2 guests) is situated within easy reach of Liv Golf, Fringe festivities, pristine beaches, Grange Jetty and bustling Henley Square. Modern amenities and coastal charm await with a fully-equipped kitchen and direct access to the shared pool. We understand your pets are part of the family, so they are very much welcome too, in a fully secured back yard.

Plenty of room to move. 2km from city and Adelaide oval 1.3km Entertainment centre. 1.3km from Hindmarsh stadium 4.5km to airport 1km shopping centre, 2.5km to Adelaide oval. 850m walk to tram station on direct route to Adelaide Central markets, Wayville show grounds and Glenelg.

A fantastic location to base yourself from for events at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre, Coopers Stadium and Adelaide Oval.

The Mile End Den. Just a stroll to the city ...

The Mile End Den is your secure and cozy studio apartment retreat after a fabulous day in Adelaide. You are a 15 minutes drive from the airport, walking distance to the CBD, and close to great pubs and restaurants. Coffee lovers must check out Love On Cafe around the corner. Please note - there is reverse cycle A/C - there are no cooking facilities. Just the basics - there is only 1 Queen sized bed. No other bedding is provided Thanks.

My place is conveniently situated half way between the city and beach on a quiet street, less than a 10 minute drive to the airport, Entertainment Centre and supermarkets and a 5 minute walk to Linear park/Torrens river/bike trail, public transport, playground, public tennis courts, restaurants and 24 hr OTR. My place is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).

Studio near Adelaide Oval & Uni with free CBD Bus

My centrally located self-contained studio is ideal for your short or long-term holiday, study or business trip. North Adelaide is a clean and exclusive heritage location only 2km from the CBD. Catch the free CBD Circle Bus or walk or ride along our beautiful Torrens river and parkland. There are many restaurants, hotels and takeaway food options and a supermarket nearby.

City fringe studio

This free standing studio with en suite sleeps 2 comfortably, but the Click Clack sofa bed can extend this to 3 (made up by request only). Located in cosmopolitan Thebarton just 2km from the CBD, the studio is a 10 minute walk to the free tram that will take you into the city.
