Cozy up during your next trip to southern New Hampshire! The Little Lake house, situated right next to a serene lake, boasted luxury and spectacular water views. It's a perfect place for a peaceful escape or chance to experience the wide variety of seasonal New England activities from swimming and leaf peeping to ice fishing. The Little Lake house is a short drive to Canobie Lake Park and Manchester Airport, and about an hour to Boston, the NH Seacoast, NH Lakes Region and the White mountains.

Super cozy, beautiful cottage right on the lake & dirt roads. Yard: sitting areas, propane fire pit, fenced in yard. Inside includes reading areas, dvds, wifi, books, coloring books, puzzles, games. Peaceful 5.5 acre property located in the quiet, centrally-located town of Bow NH. Large, custom built apartment with a huge deck, 4 burner grill, and propane fire pit. All under the shade of massive, 100+ year old hardwoods. Apartment has a very roomy feel with a wide stairway and many hardwood accents built from wood cut and milled on the property. Fully furnished kitchen with everything you need for a one night or one month stay. Large bedrooms with one king bed and one queen.

A-Frame Cabin in the Woods

This rustic A-frame is tucked down in the woods of a 20-acre piece of land in Hooksett. There is a brook that runs by just at the bottom of the hill, with lots of places to explore and take a plunge. Sit by the fire and listen to the babbling Brook, lay on the hammock, or play games under the twinkle lights in the cabin. The cabin has room for two inside (Two Twin or single King mattress options), but space next to it for additional guests in a tent (not provided). *no heat*

The Concordian - Walk to White Park, Downtown, UNH

A quiet and beautiful updated second-floor apartment steps away from downtown Concord. The apartment is attached to a historic 1800’s New Englander home and has a fully renovated bathroom (as of 12/1/24!), full kitchen, one bedroom, a living/dining room with a pullout mattress with topper, plus two walk-in closets. Additionally, we provide air conditioning, high-speed internet, and Netflix for guests. The space is professionally cleaned AND linens are professionally laundered!
