A large trail system nearby, for snowmobiles, quads and other off road vehicles. Great place to just sit back and relax. Very Private, nearest neighbor is me, 20 acres away. A fixer-upper. The house is ready now with some ongoing projects. The house is one bedroom on top of a two-car garage so being able to climb steps is a must to enter the living space. The house is located in town. Less than a 5-minute stroll to the lake passing a coffee and ice cream shop, a consignment shop, an art gallery, etc. This is a great place to stay for the Harbor Town Weekend in September. My place is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Alpena. There are a variety of restaurants and bars all within 1/4 mile. Lake Huron is my front yard, with tennis and basketball courts available for public use. The Alpena bandshell is a hop and skip from my house; every Saturday there’s a concert in the summer. There are two public beaches within a mile. And you can see masts from sailboats out my front window as the boat harbor is my neighbor.

Enjoy fishing, kayaking, tubing, swimming as well as hikes on the nearby state land! Property has it's own boat launch, fire pit and also 6 kayaks (4 adult and 2 kids) for you to use! Cabin also includes WiFi, smart TV, outdoor grill.
