1940’s Original Kintail Beach Cottage

This original cottage was built in approx. 1940 and includes a beautiful beach stone fireplace. Thoughtful renovations have been recently completed to provide comfort in an incredibly unique space. Kintail beach is about 100 steps from the cottage and you will be amazed to hear the sound of the waves from every room! Water is provided with water dispenser/maintained outhouse *Wood hot tub replaced in 2025 with nordic spa *Cabin situated on heavily treed 1 acre property with a creek directly in front of a quiet municipal road *Wood stove remains off-limits during the summer season (June-September). Wood & kindling provided for fall/winter use *No firewood provided for firepit/guests to pick up

Welcome to Sunrise cottage, a single level, bright and spacious cottage, 2nd row from the lake with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms in the quaint village of Point Clark. A perfect spot to relax and unwind with all the comforts of home but the feel of a cozy cottage getaway. Sunrise Cottage is 80 steps away (yes.. we counted) from a public beach access which leads to the sandy shores of Lake Huron, where you can witness breathtaking sunsets or just enjoy a day at the beach.

The Birdhouse Cottage in Point Clark

Welcome to the Birdhouse. This cottages holds 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You'll first notice the wall of windows that lets the light shine into the kitchen/living room, as much as it's beautiful on sunny days, its extremely cozy during raining/snowy days. The yard is big enough for all sorts of yard games, and a fire pit! Property also comes with trailer electrical and water hook up. A 10 minute walk and you'll be at the main beach in Point Clark.
