Comfortable townhouse nearby Amsterdam. The house has a spacious living room and two bedrooms. The house is suited for 3 guests. Towels and linen are provided. A well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Shower gel is not provided. The kitchen is equipped with a four burner cooker, oven, a dishwasser, a Nespresso machine and several cooking and eating utensils. At the back of the house there is a small terrace with seating. Free Wi-fi and the use of the (smart) tv is available.

Ideaal natuurlijk als je op zoek bent naar een fijne plek om te relaxen na een heerlijke dag in Amsterdam te hebben rondgelopen. This superb furnished city ground floor apartment (65 m2) still has his authentic Dutch details from 1890 and is literally next to the historic center, in a few minutes walking distance to the Grote Mark and a short walk to the trainstation. Situated in a quite street, in a very good neighbourhood. By bike 5+ mins to trainstation, by train in 15 mins in Amsterdam. Note: we have a free parking solution, please ask for more details. This studio apartement is situated in a 17th Century Canal house, on the Prinsengracht (one of the 3 major canals), right in the center of Amsterdam, within the UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE AREA. During the day you can sit outside on the bench in front of the apartment on the sunny side of the canal, nice to see people passing by.

Our home offers 4 double bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with double doors opening onto the garden.
