If you need a date that is blocked or a short stay, please ask. We sometimes block dates for repeat guests and friends that may change. Tiny house is on site to rent for extra guests when available.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway! Enjoy swimming off the back deck, the ambiance of sitting on the many decks enjoying the beauty of the lake or just relaxing to watch the sunset. If the weather is cooler you may want to enjoy sitting around the gas firepit on the deck or the wood burning fireplace in the Sunroom! The one bedroom has a queen size bed and in the den a pull out sofa bed for two. Less than 10 minutes to downtown for all you shopping and great restaurants too!

Enjoy nature in this luxury lakefront modern guest house in the treetops with fantastic views of Lake Sam Rayburn and the Angelina National Forest. You will have the entire private living space, including your own living room, bedroom, kitchen, full bathroom and 4 decks. Be sure to take a swim in the lake from the sandy beach. Bring your boat: this property is 15 minutes from Umphrey Pavilion and only 1 mile from Sandy Creek Boat Ramp. You are welcome to fish anywhere on the property.

Windmillhill, Efficiency apt.

A little heaven , tucked away at the back of 3 acres at back of our property. Cal and Carolyns little efficiency apt stays booked almost year round. Exceptionally clean and has every thing you need for a short weekend or an extended stay. Eff has full size kitchen and washer and dryer. It has two seating areas outside, one is covered and one under the stars and ambience lights around firepit. There is two grills provided, one gas and one charcoal to suit you. This apt has code pad entrance

Sugarberry Cottage on Nacogdoches' brick streets

Sugarberry cottage on the brick streets of downtown Nacogdoches. Located steps away from the Historic Jones House, and a stones throw away from the Fredonia Hotel, you are also a short walk to the Fredonia Brewery, the Cottage Wine Bar, and all downtown has to offer. This cottage has one King bed, a spacious living, dining, kitchen combination, a walk in shower and a designated laundry room. Enjoy either of our lovely cottages that sit side by side and were completed in October 2022.

Private country cottage 90 minutes N. of Houston

Quiet country setting nestled in the trees. Enjoy your stay in our 2018 modern cabin on 30 acres in the piney woods. Sip your favorite beverage rocking on the enormous porch while your steaks are cooking on the grill. At night you can gather around the lower fire pit and stargaze. It is unlikely you will encounter anyone unless you venture out for walk down to one of the neighboring farms. The cottage has super high speed internet. Make video calls without buffering.

Rolling Hills Entire Guesthouse Breakfast included

Quiet country setting on five acres but only four miles from town. Plenty of privacy but the hosts live on property just a call or text away. The dining room table easily seats 8 for meals, playing cards/games we have available. The guesthouse has a fully equipped kitchen or use the gas grill and you can eat outside on the private patio surrounded by tall pines and watch/listen to nature. We also have a fire pit to enjoy a warm evening outdoors.

Lottie Mae’s Place gives off a warm cozy vibe with neutral colors and antiques. It has a glassed in front porch, a perfect place for morning coffee. It is located 5 minutes from historic downtown, SFA, by restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. If traveling for work it is within 5 minutes from several of the industry’s in town. Close to both hospitals. Smoking prohibited inside home or closed in porch.

Clean & quiet apartment-Walking distance to SFASU.

Two bedroom, two bath condo. Two large walk in closets. Full kitchen/dining area, washer/dryer. Everything supplied for short period stays. Pool on premises. There are local channels, YouTube tv, NFL, CNN, Fox News and many other live shows available through the ROKU smart television. There is a single serve Keurig coffee maker. You are welcome to log into any streaming services using your own account.
