Our home is a raised ranch where we live upstairs with our two young children. The apartment is in our finished basement separate from the upstairs. Private entrance with self check in. One queen bed and one love seat pull out with twin bed. Laundry is available for monthly stays. Kitchenette and full bath. Linens, sheets, and all amenities supplied. Located within 13 mi to Binghamton and 30 mi from Sayre PA. Close to Binghamton University, all the local hospitals , and the airport.

The unit has a full kitchen, full bathroom with laundry units, and one bedroom with a king size bed and a pull out sofa bed within the bedroom. The living room has an 85" TV with surround sound and unique fireplace. There is an outdoor patio with grill with views of a flower garden and waterfall. There is also a pond onsite that can be fished and has a beach and swim docks. There are also hiking trails on site.
