Great place to stay!! The room pretty much has everything you need for a beach getaway. My kids loved the pool and fishing on the dock . It’s about a 5 minute drive to whitecap beach and the jetties so it’s a great location Definitely going to stay again !!

Rebecca is really kind. The place was great, very clean and had everything we needed. We loved the decorations. The swimming pool was perfect for us and for our baby. We would like to go back.

The place was equipped with wonderful amenities like a mixer and fantastic skillets. The view was Amazing. The only disappointment was the excess of seaweed which hadn’t been removed. On my beautiful morning walks I noticed they were starting the process of moving the seaweed. I would definitely come back.

Will definitely be saving this listing for all future trips to the island! The unit had more than I expected Lots of towels Family boards games Beach toys/ chairs and even tumblers! The indoor pool was a big hit for my son after the beach. The host was very friendly, checked in to make sure we weren’t in need of anything. Overall great experience renting this unit!

We had a wonderful stay! Dave had lots of recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The home is older but very comfortable, we slept great every night and never once worried about our safety. As stated in other reviews the patio door does not lock, but there is a removable bar that holds the door shut and is probably stronger than the original lock.

This place was wonderful! On top of the amenities listed there was so much more!! The washer and dryer was great to utilize to not bring home dirty laundry. We had an internet issue and they responded almost immediately to our concerns. They were very easy to get ahold of at any time we had a question. The ice maker on the counter was a nice touch and we did turn it off to sleep during the night for the noise of the cubes falling. The kids and us all said we could live there it was so cute. The balcony was perfect to sit and read a book. The pool was so fun. The beach is so close by and if you’ve already done all the things the host suggested? The staff at the front desk also had great ideas as well. EXCELLENT PLACE AND HOSTS! We had 2 adults and 2 kids this stay.

Awesome place for 2 people, very cozy, very clean and within walking distance to a lot of places.

This was our first stay with both Vacasa and at Palmilla and we were very impressed with the accommodations. The rooms were so large and spacious. The master bathroom was beautiful. We had a little bit of trouble with the internet in the evenings but everyone managed fine and took time away from screens. We will definitely return in the future.

There were a few cockroaches in and out of the unit, so perhaps more frequent pest control would help.

We had the absolute best time at Mike’s place. Plenty of room, great amenities very responsive to requests and questions. Perfect spot for a family. Great for dogs to run around in the big backyard. Loved having the option of renting a golf cart. We will definitely be back and bring more family members. Location was fantastic. You could walk to restaurants and the beach. Thank you for letting us stay for a long weekend, we can’t wait to come back!!

Great stay. Convenient to Rockport and Fulton, easy to get to beaches and shopping. On the edge of town but not a hinderance to getting around. Nice quiet neighborhood

Great experience! We love staying at Palmilla Beach for all of the amenities available. The house was lovely to stay in.

Beautiful stay and quiet neighborhood. Had questions and got a rapid response. So very helpful. Enjoyed being a way from all the traffic and crowds of spring break beach goers. Thank you so much and can’t wait to stay again

We had a great time at Pelican Bay Resort. We could check in before arriving and enter the cottage with no problem. The cottages were equipped with everything a family would need. We liked that we could take our puppies with us and that the place had a community center where people could bring guests and have celebrations. The price was also great there were no extra hidden fees and we feel it was all worth it. Additionally, the place was quiet and although you could see your neighbors occasionally, everyone was very respectful and kind.

We had a wonder stay! Inside the place was bigger than we anticipated and there's little yard areas between each building that worked great as a spot to take our dogs out when needed.

Very clean and comfortable family vacation home with all your needs provided. Nice dock for fishing on the property and parking included.
