Hallie's place was warm and welcoming. It wasn't a house but a home. I didn't come with children but clearly if you did, there was plenty for them to do. There was a large play area downstairs, board games for those so inclined and a piano! The kitchen had all the accoutrements one could ever need. The location was in a quite older neighborhood, close to restaurants and some shopping. Be warned that the floors are a little squeaky, so if you are a light sleeper, pick one of the upstairs bedrooms. I would recommend this place without hesitation. Overall, a great place to stay.

David’s place was a perfect home for us to visit our daughter’s family in Pleasant Hill. The place matched the pics and was very comfortable. We will stay here again when we are in Pleasant Hill!

We had a great stay. The location was excellent for exploring the area and going to downtown KC. Any issues we had were dealt with quickly by the owners.

Plenty of room to spread out. Great location close to interstate and restaurants. Host communicated that the home was ready for check in early which we appreciated. Also appreciated the check out process which did not have a huge list of things that needed to be done.

The stone villa was a unique and very pleasant stay. Everything was squeaky clean and very modern. The full kitchen was impressive and included everything you might want or need. Comfortable bed with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The surrounding area feels like a little country retreat with lush trees all around yet the city is right there, too. Cindy is a great host and we would definitely recommend this place to others and also hope to come back sometime!

Very spacious and roomy stay. It feels like two houses, minus a kitchen on the bottom floor. Home was clean, tastefully decorated and served our needs perfectly. The surrounding acreage is great to explore with near by pond as well. Most everything you could need is available to make you stay comfortable and fun too.
