Killer location! Cozy tiny house is very clean and is located in Fort Collins' funkiest little neighborhood, Buckingham. Just a few blocks to breweries (Odell's- 0.2 mile walk, New Belgium- 0.3 mile!), and a short walk (0.6 mile) to all the restaurants and shops Old Town has to offer. Comes with 2 cruiser bikes! We don’t allow dogs due to other guests’ potential allergies with the one exception being guests who are bringing their dogs to CSU vet. Organic coffee and an assortment of teas provided

West Fort Collins Studio Retreat

Welcome to our GUEST SUITE in West Fort Collins! This modern studio is tucked away on a dirt road, giving it a private, country feel with the convenience of all the nearby city amenities. The West/Central location makes it the perfect home base to explore either the nearby mountains or the city. You’ll have quick access to CSU, the Spring Creek Trail, Horsetooth Reservoir, the Poudre River, Old Town and of course all the local breweries that make Fort Collins famous. Welcome to the Lake House! This 500 sq. ft. guest suite overlooks a lake and park. This beautiful location is new, built in 2021! Through a private entrance you will find a large 15'x16' studio bedroom with a king bed, dinette, sitting area, and 60" TV. The space also includes a bunk room with a twin bunk, a luxurious bathroom, and a microwave and mini fridge. Relax and enjoy the views while staying at a centralized location in Loveland. Only 2 miles from I-25 and 1 mile from highway 34!

We are walking distance to campus shops, downtown FC, bike paths, parks and open space. You’ll love the open layout, abundance of natural light and feeling of comfy seclusion in a quiet neighborhood. Two friendly dogs and a few silly chickens are occasionally free in the yard.
