Situated at the edge of Baildon moor, boasting amazing views of the surrounding countryside, we are surrounded by fields and stunning views. The perfect place to relax! We are a short walk from Baildon village, where you’ll find pubs, shops, restaurants and takeaways, and Leeds city is just 15 mins on the train. We are located on our family farm with some animals on site, we have horses, dogs, cats and our two pet micro pigs Gavin & Stacey. So some farm noises are to be expected on a morning!

This delightful farmer's cottage forms part of the Arthington House estate, nestled in the Yorkshire countryside on 64 acres of farmland. The cottage has been lovingly renovated to a high standard with a warm and homely feeling throughout. It has sprawling views of Almscliffe Cragg, with the Arthington Viaduct and River Wharfe being only a short walk across the fields. It would suit couples and small families wishing to escape to a peaceful retreat or explore the local amenities and towns.

We have built this Pullman style railway carriage and sighted it over looking the old Nidd Valley railway line that runs through the farm. He’s 24ft by 9ft with shower, toilet, kitchen, heating... in fact everything you will need for a stay away. We have reclaimed many railway items including the four handles, luggage rack, lamps, signs and much more. He is authentic as he can be. Outside is a covered area overlooking wonderful Dales view, open topped wood fired hot tub, seating and table.
