One of a kind and the perfect location to explore Columbus! You are a hop, skip and a jump to numerous parks, restaurants, bars, coffee shops and boutique stores. The house is located is on one of the premier streets in the neighborhood. You can visit Downtown, The Short North, Italian Village, OSU all within a 5-10 minute drive. The newly built carriage house was designed specifically to create a warm, inviting and stress free experience for my guests. Bonus-There is easy on street parking.

This is a one-bedroom unit in a 3-unit building w/ 1 parking space. The space is completely separated from the other units in the building. The third floor living room and bedroom have a great view over the surrounding buildings. There is a spacious bathroom, with clean fresh towels, and some basic necessities, hair dryer, etc. The kitchen is new with a stove, refrigerator, and microwave. All kitchenware is supplied and some basic cooking items are provided. A drip coffeemaker is provided.

We live on a two acre lot near Rosedale Bible College in central Ohio. The apartment is a cozy, private, single bedroom apartment attached to our home on the ground level. Space includes a 3 season room, kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room, patio with picnic table, and a large yard. Breakfast items are provided. There is a beautiful nature/walking trail next to the property. In 35 minutes, you can be on The Ohio State University campus as well as the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium.

The Suite is a spacious, well-designed apartment that was completely remodeled in 2023, which boasts all new furniture and amenities. It is housed in 100+ year old brick building, that is a unique upstairs apartment overlooking the historic business district of a small town village. The Suite also allows you the charm to stay above Lisa's Sweet Shoppe, a bakery/coffee shop.
