Lovely apartment very well located in Palermo. Much bigger than expected however as rooms not separated by walls not much privacy and noise can be heard. Would be nicer to have more mirrors given amount of people sharing. Overall really enjoyed our stay!

David is a very friendly, funny, and warm host who met us at the apartment to make sure our check in was smooth (and it was!). He totally made us feel right at home and welcome -- just a great person to talk to! The apartment was terrific -- the kitchen was well-equipped, and the space was roomy and spotless. The location was perfect as well -- close to the water and within walking distance to all the markets, and tons of stores and restaurants. Palermo is an awesome city, made even more special by Davide and his place. Thank you for a perfect stay, Davide!!!

This apartment is in the city centre and close to the seaside and is on such a beautiful little street in Palermo. We were able to walk everywhere and really got a feel for the old part of the city. I highly recommend Loris's apartment, beautiful space and excellent host!

I stayed for 2.5 weeks at this flat, working during the week. It was an excellent space, really nicely designed and with all I needed for the duration. It’s really well located - right in the centre of the city, so walkable from great bars, restaurants and the energy of Palermo. Palermo is quite loud at night, and the double glazing on the windows is pretty good - but if you have trouble sleeping the centre of Palermo probably isn’t for you. The balcony is lovely and gets the sun most of the day - perfect for morning coffee. Everything worked and Gabriele was responsive and flexible, and helped whenever I needed. Would definitely recommend.

Francesco et sa femme ont été adorables, très accueillants et discrets. Le logement est situé à un emplacement idéal sur la magnifique plage de Mondello. Tout est accessible à pied ou en bus, Palerme se trouvant à 15 minutes. Francesco et sa femme nous ont offert une visite guidée de la ville. Nous recommandons chaudement ce logement !

Brigitte was very attentive and helpful to us. Her apartment was nicely laid out, had a large bathroom, and every cooking utensil you could possibly need. Across the courtyard is a very good restaurant called A’nicas - but be sure to make a reservation for dinner. Brigitte’s apartment is walkable to many places, including the Marina, Teatro Maximo, Ballerò Market, the Marionette museum, parks, shopping, and so much more. The neighborhood feels quite safe to stroll in the evening. We highly recommend.

Für uns ein Volltreffer! In 5 Minuten waren wir von der Fähre vor der Wohnung, wo wir erwartet wurden und einen Parkplatz zugewiesen bekamen. Die Wohnung und die Lage sind einmalig. In wenigen Schritten ist man im prallen Leben von Palermo und erreicht fußläufig alle Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Wohnung bietet dazu einen hervorragenden Kontrast der Ruhe. Sowohl für das Ohr als auch für das Auge. Wir fanden die Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll. Super der Balkon! Die Küche bietet alles um sich zu verpflegen. Sogar die Basis für ein erstes Frühstück war vorhanden.

Had a lovely stay in Capaci! Michaela and Dario were super helpful hosts. The place is large, two separate bedrooms and a large, comfy couch. Kitchen is very well stocked. Fantastic sunset views from the balcony. The beach is near, so is the train which makes it super convenient. We rented a car to explore other parts of the island, the parking spot came in handy. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Min kæreste og jeg havde en super ferie i denne bolig! Hyggeligt sted og den lille terrasse var skøn og med smuk udsigt over bjerg og hav. Der var lidt høj musik ved poolen om dagen, hvilken var lidt forstyrrende, men stranden er tæt på og var dejligt som afveksling. Ernesto er super sød og hjælpsom og hentede og bragte os til og fra lufthavnen. Derudover kom han med anbefalinger til gode oplevelser i Palermo centrum - det er nemt at komme derind med bus fra Mondello og det nød vi særligt om aftenen, når vejret var “køligt nok” til at opleve ting;-) Vi var overordnede meget tilfredse! Kan klart anbefales 🤗

We had the most wonderful stay at Valeria’s home. It is located at a beautiful location and the house itself was marvellous! Valeria welcomed us very hospitable and showed us around. She also told us the best placed to have dinner and visit. We actually felt like we were part of a Sicilian family. I would recommend everyone to stay there. Will probably return myself one day

wir wurden herzlich begrüßt :) Super Ausblick auf beiden Seiten. Der Blick auf das Meer und den Berg ist wunderschön. Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung von Erasmo ist sehr modern und ganz neu renoviert und eingerichtet. Sie hat wunderschöne Möbel: bequemes Sofa und Betten, großer Esstisch, Kommoden etc. Die Küche ist zwar relativ klein aber auch sehr schön und mit Spülmaschine, Ofen und großem Kühlschrank sehr gut nutzbar! Es gibt 3 Balkone, super um Wäsche zu trocknen, zum Essen allerdings fast zu klein. Für einen Kaffee am Morgen bei tollem Blick auf Meer und Berge aber sehr schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, auch weil Erasmo sehr nett in der Kommunikation war!

Nous recommandons !!! Appartement avec terrasse- vue superbe sur la mer ! La plage, presque privée tellement il y a peu de gens, est vraiment belle. Le sable de la plage et du fond de mer est doux. Appartement très confortable, nous étions 3 personnes. Accueil personnalisé et chaleureux avec petite attention (biscuits Sicilien). Seuls bémols, la troisième chambre avec lit double est dans un appartement à part. La troisième personne a donc dormi dans un lit simple afin de rester les 3 ensemble dans l’espace de vie. Aussi, le spa était défectueux (coulait et pas propre). Les propriétaires sont au fait et comptent remédier à la situation.

we had great time at Giovanni's. his son and him were extremely friendly and we were well hosted. the house is a bit old but functional and if you need something, they will answer immediately at your request! the house was extremely cleaned and the position in frontoof the beautiful beach is amazing!

Liebe Veronica und Marco, wir haben den Aufenthalt in eurer schönen Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Lage ist super, die Einrichtung ist toll und ihr seid super Gastgeber. Die Flexibilität beim Check-In und auch die Möglichkeit bis zum Rückflug die Wohnung zu nutzen, hat uns sehr gefallen. Auch die kleinen Probleme habt ihr immer schnell gelöst. Durch die zentrale Lage konnten wir unsere Ausflüge gut koordinieren, da wir auch die gute Zuganbindung nach Palermo geschätzt haben. Mit dem Auto waren wir auch sehr schnell auf der Autobahn. Das passte gut. Einen Parkplatz haben wir immer gefunden. In der Nähe gibt es alles: Restaurants, Bäcker, Metzger, Fischhändler, Obst und Gemüse, Supermarkt, tolle Eisdiele, Cafés und noch viel mehr. Und das alles leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. An die Strände ist es nicht weit. Wir haben alles genossen und wir waren nicht das letzte Mal da. Gerne wieder bei euch. Selbst eure Nachbarn sind superfreundlich. Erste Klasse und exzellent beschreiben dies alles 😍🤗👍🙋

Die Unterkunft ist ein super Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge auf Sizilien. Die gute Zuganbindung nach Palermo und zum Flughafen sind ein absolutes Plus. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen in einer Wohnsiedlung und der Ausblick vom Dach aufs Meer ist einfach toll.

Very nice place, spacious yet cozy and comfortable, has everything you would need, close to the city center and parking, and has an excellent host.

Fantastic apartment! Wonderful views across the harbour and city from the balconies which are on both sides of the building meaning we could choose to enjoy them in sunshine or shade at all times of the day. Great communication from the host who met us there; spotless and spacious modern apartment with everything we needed; an easy walk to the new harbour area with modern bars and restaurants and also to the old town.

Une des meilleures si ce n’est LA meilleure location que j’ai faite sur AIR BNB. Leti a vraiment été super accueillante et très utiles dans ses conseils et ses propositions de services annexes (transport aéroport, bagages, etc.) L’appartement est idéalement situé en front de mer dans le Mondello historique dans un coin très calme. Il est vraiment spacieux et fonctionnel et très bien orienté (le soleil le matin sur le balcon, c’est le rêve) avec une vue sur la baie 😍. Si je reviens à Mondello, c’est sur je rappelle Leti !

Place of Michelle and Doriana was cozy and in a great location with calm neighbourhood and beautiful view with the terrace. Everything looks as described and the recommendations were really helpful. Not sure really what negative we can see about it.

Die Wohnung von Marco war genau das, was wir uns für unseren Aufenthalt in Sizilien gewünscht haben. Mitten drin im Leben der Sizilianerinnen und Sizilianer. Exakt so haben wir uns Italien vorgestellt. Aspra ist ein kleines, aber keineswegs verschlafenes Dorf. Hier ist immer was los, seien es die Fischer die ihren Fang anpreisen, die Nonna die einen Plausch quer über die Straße führt, oder die Männer, die in der Eckkneipe einen Espresso trinken. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Einmal kurz über die Straße gehen und schon ist man am Meer. Es gibt direkt 2 kleine Strände wie wirklich wunderbar sind.

We had a wonderful stay at Enricos apartment. There was plenty of space for the 4 of us to (a family with 2 boys 10 & 13) be very comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect with just a short walk to beautiful and affordable bars and restaurants. Panificio Bakery below the apartment was the real Cherry on top when it came to having beautiful fresh pastries for breakfast on the spacious balcony. For those interested in the Culture & History of the Island Enrico provided perfect information of how to get there etc and was always very responsive if we needed a little help via text message. Mondello is an excellent base for a holiday to Sicily with good transport links everywhere. Finding free local parking close to the apartment for our hire car was easy. We give Enrico & his apartment 10/10 for everything and would definitely use it again. Thank you, Enrico, for everything.

The location in Piazza Marina was perfect, right in the heart of the historic center, with charming streets, great restaurants, and local markets just steps away. The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches and how peaceful it was, even in such a lively area. Communication was also very easy and friendly. I really recommend this place for a very authentic vibe!
