This is recent modern Barn conversion. (Jan 2015) It contains one large kitchen/dining/lounge area, one double bedroom with en suite facilities. June 2017 added second Living Space area with view of adjacent farm and wood, Lobby area with Laundry facilities and a second bathroom. Please note the Grounds and external outdoor perimeter of The Barn is protected by CCTV TK Alarm Company. Please know this is a simple place. It once was out buildings, however you will find it warm and homely.

This recently renovated stone cottage is cosy and inviting especially with the sun shining on the patio or the stove lit inside. The exposed stone walls, limestone hearth and deep blue painted walls are just some of the features of this beautiful cottage. Our newly refurbished 2 bedroom apartment is in the heart of Ireland's historic Boyne Valley, situated on the Hill of Ward, an ancient site believed to be the birthplace of Halloween. Just outside the small agricultural town of Athboy, less than an hour from Dublin, and close to the heritage towns of Trim and Kells. It is also within easy driving distance of the major historical sites of Newgrange, Tara and Oldcastle

This was originally the main kitchen of the house hence the name !! This self catering apartment is warm, quiet and cosy, where guests have exclusive use of the open plan kitchen/dinning room to themselves, with their own bathroom complete with electric shower,while the two bedrooms consists of two double beds. Guests can enjoy the mature gardens,fruits of the orchard, (BBQ available) and free range eggs.Tea coffee, continental breakfast is provided at no extra cost.

Magical gothic 3 bedroom mini-castle.

The Clonmellon Lodge is an 18th c. gothic mini castle recently restored, newly refurbished bathrooms and kitchen, all in one floor, with easy access to the grounds of Killua Castle. The Lodge can fit 5 people comfortably. There are 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The first one with an ( American) Queen size bed, and the second with a double size bed. There is an office with a daybed that can sleep an small adult comfortably, and it has a full bathroom next to it.

Drummond Tower / Castle

Victoria Drummond Tower was built as a Folly Tower in the victorian period in 1858 by William Drummond Delap as part of Monasterboice House & Demesne. The tower is regarded as a folly tower built in remembrance of his late mother. Recently restored into a small habitable dwelling and is now available for rental for selected months of the year. A very unique and enjoyable place to stay with a vast range of local & historical amenities at your disposal.
