“Cottage Bimmisca”is a charming small house with a wonderful view of the sea of the Vendicari nature reserve, seemingly floating on a cloud of olive trees. The cottage is about three kilometers from the sea, Noto and Marzamemi are equidistant about 15 minutes by car. It is located in the countryside, in an independent and private position near the house of the owners of the farm bearing the same name (eight hectares planted with organic olives and almonds).

The Masseria is composed by four independent accommodations characterized by comfortable indoor and private outdoor spaces in order to provide the best mix of comfort and nature. With respect to Sicilian tradition, the flooring and many other details are built with the Modica rock. Nestled in the hills of the Iblei Mountains, where fauna and flora still accurately reflect the ancient Sicilian tradition (ancient olive trees, carob, almond trees and vines) stands this old building, built in the first half of 1700 with mainly agricultural. It consisted of stables, millstone for processing grapes and trappeto for the processing of olives and therefore the production of oil.
