Czysto, schludnie, kontakt z właścicielami świetny. Jako baza wyjazdowa na stoki, ten dom bardzo dobrze się sprawił.

Sehr nette Kommunikation, flexibel beim Check-In und insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt! Man merkt, dass sich Mühe gegeben wird :)

Die Wohnung von Mathias hat uns gut gefallen, besonders die Lage mit gutem U-Bahnanschluss,fussläufig erreichbaren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viel Grün aussenrum.Parkplatz war gut zu finden,danach haben wir das Auto stehen gelassen.Die Kommunikation mit Mathias war prima.

Schön eingerichtete und gemütliche Wohnung mit gut ausgestatteter Küche. Alles sehr sauber. Trotz einiger Entfernung zur Innenstadt gute Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Bus/ S- Bahn), so dass eine gute Erreichbarkeit des Zentrums gegeben war. Angenehm ruhige Umgebung mit viel Grün für eine entspannte Nachtruhe. Freundlicher Gastgeber, der flexibel auf unsere Wünsche zur Anreise eingegangen ist.

The neighborhood it's very quite and peaceful , fairly near the public transports. The apartment it's very pretty and cozy, and includes all the amenities you could need, we felt like at home. During our stay Dom was always helpful and proactive with every topic, for example he quickly helped us fix one issue with had with internet connection, he's very responsive and easy to talk too, great experience. Overall it was a great stay, highly recommended!

Als 4-köpfige Familie hatten wir eine richtig gute Zeit in dem Appartment von Christina. Kommunikation zuvor 1a. Wir waren uns wegen Schlafgelegenheiten für unsere zwei kleinen Kinder unsicher und Christina konnte uns aushelfen, sodass wir diesbezüglich nichts mitbringen mussten. Das war sehr praktisch. Die Wohngegend war ruhig, von den beiden Hunden haben wir so gut wie gar nichts mitbekommen. Das Auto konnten wir vor der Tür parken und auch zu Fuß schon ein paar Ausflüge unternehmen. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Super Lage, nahe bei der U-Bahn Station, gute Restaurants/Café's in der Nähe (Gans Woanders). Wohnung war sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und ruhig. Sarah und Fabian waren sehr symphatisch und entgegenkommend beim Check-Out. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We came to Munich for Oktoberfest and we could not have been more pleased with our stay at Rainer’s beautiful house. Rainer was there to personally greet us and show us around the property. The home was perfectly clean and the neighborhood was so peaceful. Walkable distance to many things. I would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay and would love to return someday.

We felt like VIP’s in this lovely home- we were greeted with pairs of slippers and German cookies for everyone! It is a spacious and pleasing environment, with luxury touches everywhere, providing ample gathering areas for our family of six adults, but also affording guest privacy. Even in wintertime, the garden was beautiful, and in warmer months, the balconies and patio would expand the living space even more! Hohenbrunn is a quiet, quaint community with a great Bavarian restaurant, and the train to anywhere you want to go in Munich or surrounding areas is just a block away. Chris and Birgit are thoughtful hosts.

Que dire de la maison de Julian à part que c’est vraiment une perle rare. C’est un havre de paix, très bien entretenu avec des installations dignes d’un grand hôtel à proximité de Munich. La maison donne envie d’y rester plus longtemps, malheureusement nous n’étions que de passage pour une nuit, mais cela nous a suffit pour nous rendre compte du très haut standing de cette maison. Un très grand écran dans le salon, où l’on peut se lover dans de larges canapés très accueillants…et tout cela donne sur une terrasse également très belle, avec son petits étangs et ses poissons rouges. Tout était parfait, notre hôte Julian, très réactif et amical, la maison dans son ensemble située dans un excellent quartier aux portes de Munich. Excellentes literies. Salles de bain parfaites…que dire de plus, à part que nous reviendrons avec plaisir si nous repassons dans le coin. PS: la machine à café (à grain) professionnelle est excellente, merci pour tout et surtout pour l’attention portée aux détails

Excellent house in a quiet and peaceful location yet a short drive to all the attractions in Munich. The house is extremely well equipped for large groups and families as well. The hosts are proactive and take special attention in making sure guests are comfortable and are having a nice stay. I would highly recommend this airbnb and will gladly visiting them again. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt ! Es ist eine tolle Unterkunft mit toller Ausstattung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We really enjoyed our stay at Silvi's place. The house is in a prime location really close to the centre of Kitzbühel (3 minute walk) while also being in a quiet cul-de-sac away from the bustle of the town centre. Silvi couldn't do enough to help us feel settled in and welcome in her home. She made some great suggestions for local attractions to visit without which our holiday probably wouldn't have been so good. The house itself is over 3 floors and you have access to the whole of the ground floor. It's worth noting that Silvi and her partner live above with access to their dwellings through the hallway on the ground floor so it's not strictly true that you have the whole place to yourself and owing to the age of the building you can hear them walking around. This was in no way a problem for us but it's worth pointing out to future guests in case it is for them. The character of the home is so authentic and along with Silvi's kindness, I would highly recommend a stay!

Kathi ist ein sehr freundlicher Mensch. Sie hat sich immer schnell gemeldet, war immer hilfsbereit und hat sich um alles gekümmert, sodass man auch für längere Aufenthalte gut versorgt ist. Ich habe mich wirklich wie zuhause gefühlt.

Eine tolle Lage (nah am See) und super für ein langes Wochenende! Die Wohnung ist gut aufgebaut und hat alles, was man braucht :) Frank und Domenik waren sehr freundlich und haben uns Tipps für die Gegend gegeben – wir kommen gerne wieder! :)

Wir waren ein verlängertes Wochenende am Schliersee und uns hat die Unterkunft super gut gefallen. Die Wohnung wirkt in echt nochmal schöner als auf den Fotos. Rainer hat uns herzlich begrüßt, uns alles gezeigt und Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Terrific location and access to the tram. Everything was extremely clean. Check in, check out, and all communication was on point. Highly recommended.

Foi uma estadia perfeita. Chegamos muito cansados da viagem e na geladeira havia leite, suco, pão, queijo, ovos, manteiga, salame, água gelada mais cápsulas de café na bancada. Nos sentimos acolhidos logo ao chegar no apartamento. A Vivi é muito rápida em responder mensagens e deixou o apartamento impecável para nossa chegada além de instruções claras por escrito o que facilitou muito nossa vida. A localização é ótima. Transporte público muito próximo. Quero voltar mais vezes a cidade e me hospedar nesse lugar maravilhoso.

Vielen lieben Dank Lisa und Julian. Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei euch geliebt. Das Haus ist absolut perfekt! Total gemütlich, super neu, äusserst sauber (und ich habe diesbezüglich wirklich einen Fimmel) und sehr schön dekoriert. Wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt und wären am liebsten 2 Wochen geblieben. Alles was man benötigt, ist ausreichend vorhanden. Auch unsere Kinder fanden es super. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, wenn wir in der Nähe sind. Alles Liebe und Gute euch 🙏🏻

Gospodyni i jej koleżanka ,która nas ciepło przywitała były bardzo miłe i gościnne . Polecam ten apartament ze względu na wyjątkową czystość. Pełne wyposażenie kuchni Napewno niczego nie zabraknie Plus do tego dbałość o szczegóły aby każdy poczuł się wyjątkowo . Prywatny parking Podziemny garaż o wysokości 2 m . Byłem z rodziną busem więc dla mnie to ważna kwestia . Dobrą lokalizację Blisko sklep i piekarnia . Polecam to miejsce z czystym sumieniem. Napewno gdy będę znów w okolicy skorzystam ponownie z tego apartamentu .

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der Unterkunft, die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und die Ausstattung super. Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Reichersbeuern und Bäckerei, Metzger etc. sind fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir haben von den Gastgebern zudem sehr hilfreiche Tipps für Ausflugsziele erhalten.

Der Aufenthalt bei Franziska und ihrer Family war wunderbar! Sie Kommunikation mit Franziska verlief ohne Probleme und vor allem kamen ihren Antworten super schnell. Zudem ist die Lage sehr zu empfehlen - es ist sehr ruhig gelegen und dennoch sehr nach an der S-Bahn, weshalb man schnell in München oder am Starnberger See ist. Das absolute Highlight für unseren 6-jährigen Sohn war es, dass er Basketball und Fußball spielen konnte und dass auch Spielzeug in der Unterkunft vorrätig war - das war auch für unser Baby super. Auch an der Ferienwohnung an sich ist nichts auszusetzen und alles war rundum wunderbar :) Nach ein paar Tagen gab es auch frische Handtücher inklusive ein paar süßen Leckereien. Von dem her können wir nur 5+ Sterne geben und können es jedem empfehlen und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :)
