"Quercus" è una costruzione risalente al XIX secolo, situata nel centro storico di Alberobello, all'interno della magnifica cornice dei trulli (tipiche costruzioni locali patrimonio UNESCO). Le grotte hanno un loro particolare microclima che viene regolato da impianto di riscaldamento in inverno e deumidificazione quando necessario. Nello spazio esterno, arredato con tavolino e sedie, è possibile incontrare e fare amicizia con la mia gattina e con il mio cane, un dolcissimo Border Collie . Soggiornare in una grotta è un esperienza.
