Jeamcarlos was very helpful, the listing place is beautiful , my friends and I had such a relaxing time before my actual birthday. I would definitely book again I loved this place, I loved how big and spacious it was, the kitchen was beautiful. The hot tub was so relaxing after a long drive , it was definitely just what we needed, quiet neighborhood also, which was Great! And Jeamcarlos was always one text away to help us with anything we might have needed :)

Great space. Wonderful communication with host regarding any questions we had. Host was quick to respond. Very happy with the stay, would rent again.

My wife and I stayed here over Christmas. The house was beautifully decorated. The kitchen had plenty of cookware if you wanted to cook a meal. The bathroom had plenty of towels.I recommend this property and would stay here again.

What an absolutely gorgeous home! Staying here truly felt like being in paradise. The house itself feels so inviting; it took no time at all to relax and feel at home. Everything that you could possibly need is here in the house. Michael’s attention to detail deserves praise! This home stands out from all others because of the minor details. This was our second time staying at this home, and just like the first time, everything was perfect. The place is exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It suits my family, who visit me every year from abroad, perfectly. The location is convenient, the neighborhood is quiet, and the hosts are absolutely lovely—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. We truly feel at home here and will definitely be back again. Highly recommend!

Comfortable, clean, quiet stay.

Absolutely fantastic place in a perfect location on Fire Island. Maryann is also an incredible host—by far the smoothest communications process of any vacation rental I’ve stayed in. Would love to return to this place and check out some fantastic other properties she has. One word to the wise though— if you come early in FI offseason, there is a lot of maintenance work being done around town—-the neighbors across street somehow had someone power washing their fence for two days straight and there is some car traffic on the island. Not a dealbreaker but worth being mindful of…

Please stay here and support Nicole.. what a wonderful host Comfortable, clean and safe home Snow storm hit overnight and we woke up to the sidewalk and steps already shoveled and salted … she even offered to dig out our car if the snow was piled up high enough Nicole was very proactive with great communication but we did not feel bothered Plenty of street parking right by the house We really enjoyed watching the ducks and other water fowl in the stream behind the house A little bit of nature to relax after a day in the city Thanks Nicole, we will be back to stay in your home again

Perfect if you’re looking for a spot to feel at home!

My family of four had a truly wonderful experience at Mabel’s place. It is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and above all very convenient to get into NYC. Mabel is a very responsive host - always available and helpful! The place itself is quiet, and we got very restful sleep after spending the days in the city. We also had the chance to visit family and friends in New Jersey given the location. I would highly recommend Mabel’s place and her other listings (going by how good our experience was!)

Wonderful apartment in a warm neighbourhood and very convenient location, easy walk to the Path or Ferry to NYC. A couple great playgrounds nearby. Apartment thoughtfully appointed and was nice to have some outdoor space. Emily was a great host and appreciate her prompt replies and flexibility (where it was possible).

Amazing place to stay, enjoyed my weekend stay very much!

This place came with a lot of charm! Everything was as advertised, and Greg was gracious enough to allow us to check-in early. There was plenty of space for our group of 3 that we didn't feel like we were on top of each other during our stay. Last but not least, the value of this place was pretty great!

Joanne greeted us when we arrived - wanted to make sure we were comfortable. She encouraged us to contact her with any questions. The apartment was clean, well equipped and spacious. We are native Long Islanders and this location was central to the family and friends we were visiting.

Cecia etait très aidante et répondait rapidement. C'est facilitant quand on a besoin d'aide pour les stationnements ou autre. Lofement propre, fonctionnel et accueillant. Je n'hésiterais pas à revenir.

The house was beautiful and even nicer than the pictures. We loved the pool and the beach was right there. Tim was super responsive- especially around check in time. Would easily stay there again next time i am im the area !

I just stayed here this past weekend for my wedding and it was amazing! The pictures truly don’t do the house justice. Everything was so clean and the host was super accommodating, helpful & responsive. The house was also packed with everything you could possibly need, in case you forget to bring anything. We're so happy to stay at Ying's place. It's way more beautiful and cozier than what the pictures show. Everything is new/remodeled and clean. It takes just a couple minutes to walk to the bus stop near the traffic light to NYC. Parking can be tricky but Ying's clear instructions make us at ease. Overall I'd highly recommend this place for family trip.

Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig und privat auf einem Hügel am Ende einer Privatstrasse mit perfektem Blick nach Manhattan. Es ist architektonisch interessant aus 1906 mit viel Platz, mehreren Terrassen und vielen schönen Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Gastgeber Julia und Alex haben perfekt kommuniziert. Es war alles sehr gut. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt auf Staten Island würden wir sehr gerne wieder hier wohnen.
