I got really good memory in this place. very clean and peaceful. There are everything to stay. The host was fantastic. Because she had deep consideration and hospitality. If I travel to here I will stay again.

The villa is located in an old resort and around a 10-minute drive from the beach. The highlight was the pool, from its cleanliness to the jacuzzi functions. Since it’s in an old resort, the furniture is a little out of style and has some wear and tear, but it has all the facilities and amenities mentioned. It’s pet friendly and there is no extra cost. The host is also very responsive and friendly and quickly solved any issues we had. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Absolutely perfect stay at Chuanchai’s villa in the peaceful SeaBreeze village! We were a group of four adults traveling with a dog, and this pet-friendly home exceeded all expectations. The villa was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The pool was a highlight—immaculate and lit up beautifully at night. We also loved the cozy lounge area by the pool, perfect for late-night chats under the string lights. Chuanchai was an exceptional host—super responsive and incredibly thoughtful. From the smooth check-in to the free snacks waiting for us, every detail was taken care of. You can really tell he takes pride in providing a great experience. Quiet location, great amenities, and just a short drive from Pattaya’s attractions. This is hands down one of the best Airbnb stays we've had. Full stars and highly recommended—we’ll definitely be back!

Patty was so helpful throughout our stay there. She made us feel at home. I would highly recommend her to be anyone’s host. She was so proactive in communicating with us and helped us throughout our stay for any questions we had. Nice and big house with everything there. Thank you for everything Patty!

Good house to stay at with many things (pool table, karaoke) to enjoy yourself! Though the house doesn’t get much sunlight because of nearby high buildings. Close by there are two supermarkets and it’s not far away from the city center. Enjoyed our stay!

The house was incredibly spacious and easily accommodated all of my guests. The TV offered both Netflix and YouTube, and the large pool was perfect for a refreshing dip. The bedrooms and bathrooms were exceptionally roomy, providing plenty of comfort. The property is conveniently located near the community clubhouse, which also gives access to a nearby beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach house just a two-hour drive south of Bangkok, close to Pattaya and Koh Lan.

De accommodatie was boven onze verwachting. Met het zwembad het middelpunt en trekpleister van het huisje. We voelden ons gelijk thuis en werden goed opgevangen ondanks dat we wat eerder waren. De omgeving is rustig maar alles wat je nodig hebt is op loopafstand. De host is super helpvol en reageert heel snel op vragen. Bedankt Deedy en misschien tot de volgende keer

This accommodation is comfortable and fully equipped. The house is beautiful and exactly like the pictures. The bed is cozy, and there’s space for activities. The surrounding area is quiet and private, with security guards patrolling the neighborhood regularly, making us feel safe. It’s easy to find and conveniently located. The host responds quickly, is friendly and kind, and gives great recommendations. Perfect for families, couples, or groups of friends.

We absolutely loved this place—it's both beautiful and peaceful. Both houses offered plenty of space to comfortably accommodate our family. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully equipped, making it feel just like home. The housekeeper was friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed a short walk to the beach every morning, and it was never crowded—just perfect. We’d definitely love to come back and will be recommending it to our friends and family.
