Very good apartment with a beautiful view to Kotor Bay. Very clean, very good communication. Not so far away from Old City if you like to hike a bit. 5/5 would recommended.

We stayed for 4 nights and were very comfortable. The balcony was much appreciated, we enjoyed having our morning coffee in there. Space was compact, has a small kitchen which we often used. Bed was super comfortable. When we arrived we used the air conditioning and that was the only time we used it. Has heating options as well. Petar greeted us when we arrived. A day before our check out we asked for a food container as we needed to pack lunch for our flight and he gladly gave us one. Hospitality was top tier. The property sits below the railway tracks, so a few times a day even during the night you will hear them pass. This didnt bother us at all, to be honest I loved hearing them. For the price we paid for this property, we definitely got more than what we paid for. Thank you!

Marijana is a five star host. Her communication is excellent and she goes out of her way to help. The apartment is well stocked (except for olive oil, which I needed to buy myself) and has all the appliances you need. I found the apartment a little far from the beach but super close to the bus station.

Logement très propre, fidèle aux photos et vue imprenable sur les montagnes. Hôte toujours disponible, arrangeante et réactive par message. Attention avoir une voiture est fortement recommandé car très difficile de rejoindre à pieds ou grâce aux transports en commun, et nécessaire pour se déplacer. Le bémol est le « jacuzzi » qui est une baignoire avec des jets que l’on sent pas. Concernant la piscine elle est propre, offre une superbe vue sur le soleil couchant et la vallée mais n’est pas chauffée

Three families with 2 children stayed here, and we were absolutely comfortable. The host met us before check-in, showed us the apartment, and we didn't need any further assistance from them. The apartment was perfectly clean, everything was in perfect condition, excellent plumbing, and a good kitchen with a dishwasher. The bathrooms had large water heaters, and there was enough hot water for several people to shower without any issues. Please note that in Montenegro, there are unpredictable water and electricity outages sometimes. During our week-long stay, it happened, but we are certain this is not something the apartment owners could control, so we have no complaints towards them. I'm only mentioning this so that if you know it might happen, it won't catch you off guard. There was always a parking spot available, it’s about a 5-minute walk to the store, and no more than 10 minutes to the waterfront

Super freundliche Gastgeber, familiäre Atmosphäre. Die Anlage ist meiner Meinung nach noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Wer auf der Suche nach einem Ort zum Entspannen ist, findet hier eine Oase der Ruhe inmitten von Ulcinj vor.

Мы провели неделю в этой уютной квартире и остались очень довольны. Путешествовали с двумя собаками и кошками, и очень благодарны хозяйке, что она нас приняла. Квартира небольшая, но в ней есть всё, что нужно. Кухня и санузел чистые, а в спальне удобная кровать шириной 140 см. Места немного, но нам было комфортно. Квартира в маленьком доме с отдельным входом и террасой, где мы часто завтракали и отдыхали с нашими питомцами. Интернет был не самый быстрый, но фильмы смотреть можно было без проблем. Хозяйка — просто чудо! Она говорит на нескольких языках, в том числе на русском, встретила нас, всё показала и рассказала. Было очень приятно найти на кухне вино и фрукты в подарок. Парковка рядом с домом — очень удобно. Это отличное место для путешествий с животными! В Петроваце есть два парка с дорожками, которые ведут к пляжам — отличное место для прогулок с собаками. Рядом с квартирой также есть пекарня, рынок, магазины и рестораны. Нам всё очень понравилось!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Markos Vater empfangen. Ein sehr lieber und netter Mann. Die Unterkunft liegt in ruhiger Umgebung und dennoch ist alles (Supermarkt, Restaurants, Kotor) super zu erreichen (wenige Minuten). Für einen Kurztrip ist alles was man benötigt vorhanden.

Drago's place in Ulcinj is a true gem - both for its location on top of a mountain with wonderful views of the sea from the terrace, fresh air and only ca. 10 minutes to walk down the steep hill to the Small Beach of Ulcinj as well as for its great and spacious layout and perfect amenities. Drago himself wasn't able to meet us at the apartment, but his super friendly and nice mother greeted us and we felt right at home. In Drago's apartment you're close to all Ulcinj has to offer (the beach, the market and shopping, but also literally above the bustle and the heat. The three bedrooms are perfectly sized, the kitchen is well-equipped, the bathroom stylish and functional (especially helpful is also the washing machine), and the living room is large and very nice. All is very clean and working well! Parking is possible only a few meters outside the house. All in all, a great apartment! Thanks to Drago and his mother for a wonderful stay!

What a hidden gem We booked a room in this beautiful Vila for a week - we thought that the pictures looked very nice. But we got surprised when we arrived… This Vila is amazing with fantastic details. It is truly a hidden gem - a little paradise. The owners are very kind people, very generous, friendly and service minded. They take such good care of the villa and everything is so clean and need’ We will definitely return to this beautiful place.

Ivana place is so perfect. Felt like home. Ivana mom is so lovely, she even offer coffee upon our arrival.

My friends and I had a lovely stay at Mia’s beautiful property. We really enjoyed having the garden space to relax and having the hypermarket just next door made it really convenient. Mia is a really responsive and friendly host and gave us loads of recommendations to ensure we have a pleasant trip!

Flat was super clean and nice. Dijana and her husband were extremely friendly and so kind!!!!

The apartment was perfect for a long stay in Budva. Right across the street is a mall with a well-stocked supermarket and pharmacy, there are plenty of other shops and cafes nearby, and an HDL hypermarket just up the street. The location on the top floor in the corner is ideal, the apartment gets plenty of sun and stays quiet. Nikola provided plenty of essentials like detergent, soap, etc. and was very easy to communicate with.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la baie de Kotor chez ana. L’appartement est parfait : spacieux, confortable et avec tout le nécessaire. Parfaitement conforme à la description ! L’appartement est super bien situé car il est Seulement à dix minutes du la vieille ville de Kotor. Il y’a également un supermarché et une boulangerie très proche. Ana a été parfaite : chaleureuse, accueillante et disponible à chaque fois que nous en avions besoin. Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Ana! Merci Ana

Rui was a great host - very friendly and ready to help with any problems or recommendations. The house itself is quite new and modern, with excellent facilities. It’s only a 10 min walk from the Becici beach which is great. The weather was quite hot when we went, and we wanted additional fans and he was so kind to come and provide that for us. Overall, I’d recommend this place to anyone coming to Budva/ becici.

Замечательные апартаменты. До моря 20 мин пешком. Рядом с домом есть небольшой магазин, где можно купить все необходимое. Вид на город, море необыкновенный. После полудня балкон в тени и можно спокойно наслаждаться видом за чашечкой кофе...или не кофе) И конечно огромная благодарность Selmo и его жене. Спасибо Вам огромное😊

Staying here and having Jelena as a host truly feels like the original days when Airbnb first launched…Jelena was so helpful from pre check-in all the way to check-out. Answered all of my questions and provided anything I could have needed during my stay. I truly felt at home. Not the mention the proximity to the beach and grocery store! Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön! Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist bezaubernd. Generell haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einzig die Schnelligkeit des WIFIs könnte verbessert werden

Ev çok temiz ve düzenliydi. Her şey düşünülmüştü. Ev sahibi çok hızlı cevap veriyor. Bizi annesi karşıladı ve çok sıcak kanlı biri. Old town a yürüyerek 15-20 dk kadar sürüyor. Sakin bir sokakta. Balkon olması çok güzel. Sorunsuz bir konaklama yaşadık

Nice clean and comfortable studio. WiFi worked good, plenty of hot water and big comfortable bed. There is a nice screened in patio with beautiful views of the mountains and neighborhood below. Located on the seventh floor with an elevator. Ten minutes walk to the sea. Grocery stores 1 block away. Studio is in a nice modern safe residential neighborhood, but only ten minutes walk to the center. Darko was always available and quick to respond to questions or any problems. Highly recommend this place for your stay in Bar.
