The Schoolroom @ Barbrook

This is the original Barbrook schoolroom built by the Methodists in 1870 - a large airy groundfloor space with tall windows looking out across the valley. It is now a romantic hideaway for two - an elegant but comfortable open-plan apartment featuring log stove, large bed, and window seats, plus underfloor heating, modern well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, and smart TV. It's an ideal base from which to explore all the pleasures of Exmoor by the sea, and your hosts are just next door if needed.

The Sea Shack really is something quite special. It enjoys some of the best views on the farm of the beautiful North Devon coastline and – on a clear day – Wales! The Shack is kitted out with everything for an exceptionally comfortable stay. A fully plumbed in bathroom, mini kitchen, heating, wood stove, seating area and a comfy fold down double bed with stargazer roof window.    Set in a quiet private location, the Shack has various seating options, a wood fired hot tub and BBQ/firepit.

Sea Glass is a compact, light and airy modern two bedroom apartment on the second floor of a recently converted character building in the heart of Lynton within the Exmoor National Park. Comfortable double and twin bedrooms. The location offers plenty of things to do and see in the surrounding area during your stay with idyllic walks direct from your door. The apartment has designated parking for one car. The apartment has an electric cooker, heaters and hot water as no gas in the area.

We are not offering manicured lawns and corporate style holiday units but a piece of wild Exmoor

Park View is a pretty two bed apartment with wonderful views overlooking the West Lyn River & Exmoor National Park. Park View has its own dedicated parking space with EV charge point. The location is excellent. A stunning 12 minute walk (1km) & you will be in Lynton Town Centre which has a numerous restaurants, pubs, shops and cafe's. From here walk down or ride on the funicular railway to beautiful Lynmouth Harbour with more places to shop, eat & drink. A truly stunning location.

Riverside - Secluded Waters Edge Cottage On Exmoor

Riverside cottage is located on our 100 acre family farm. The cottage is tastefully furnished and comprehensively equipped to meet 'Visit England' 4 star standards. With three bedrooms sleeping 6 plus a cot, a standard size double, super king size double and a further super king double which can be made into two single beds. The Cottage has ample car parking and is smoke free. We do welcome pets in Riverside and outside there is fenced courtyard garden of you and your pets enjoyment.

Sea View Glamping Pod: Shallowford

For those wanting to switch off and embrace the stunning, spectacular, surroundings and natural environment, or those new to camping that want to get out into the great outdoors, with a few home comforts our Glamping pods could be just what you are hoping for. Our wooden, heated pods, provide a comfortable alternative to being under canvas. The Pod has a double bed and a sofa bed, kettle and small fridge. Linen and Towels are Available to Hire, subject to a charge and availability.
